- This week we continue on the River Soar and take our Narrowboat through Leicester. Rob gives Rozzie a shock by jumping ship!
Hi, we are Rozzie & Rob with our lovely cockapoo's Ralph & Rosie. We have given up the rat race, sold our house and have bought a new narrowboat, Thistle & Rose. Our vlogs are showing our learns as we go from bricks and mortar to life on the water. Last Thursday I came across your boat tour and liked the video so went back to the first Intro with the intention
of viewing a few.
It's now Monday and I have watched the entire collection and loved them all.
Living close to Northampton my wife and I have spent many happy days sitting by the canals, but she would never let me buy one.
Since losing my wife I've been looking for purpose and want to travel while I can but alas being well into my 70's with mobility
issues the Locks and general boat handling may well be beyond me, but now at least I can witness through your eys and
camera lenses the beauty of the waterways (excluding Wolverhampton).
Only regret is that like all your other subscribers I'll now have to wait for new content lol
However I am looking forward to the follow up book "UK Waterways Pubs" which by now you must be qualified to write 😀

Rozzie, how often do you run, what distance, do you run only along the canal?
I run anywhere between 20 and 60 miles a week, depending on training! I love running the canals but try and run off the routes for change for terrain and vertical 👍🏼
