This dude is the nicest and most helpful. He is always willing to answer questions and help people out! help support him if you feel so inclined as he is one of a kind that focuses on DDO!

Thank you so much for this. Didn't really understand just how much reaper difficulty changed things.

Nice and helpfull vid after all...
My first reaper experiance was shocking:
My lvl 5 guy - good armed and well equipped- died soon after entering "butchers path" (lvl 2 dungeon!)
It was just swept away by a damned reaper on reaper Mode 10 ...
    Very annoying... ; )
I learned alot since then - actual reaper points 32 = sadly I need to earn money in real Life to survive!

Reaper 10 is ridiculous. I just reaper 1 solo.

Hi. Thank you for this video. So, the part about healing others in reaper... a friend of mine claimed that you heal (others) for as much in R1 as in Elite, so I decided to do my own testing. I've done 4 tests so far, stepping in on elite and then all the different skulls and from what I could tell there was no difference in elite and 1 skull, while there was -4% in R2, -8% in R3 up to -36% on R10. Looking at your list this seems to match if the list is moved one step down. Your 96% would be R2, 92% R3 etc. I did these tests today, January 5, 2021.

Don't drink your reaper potion till after TR, you'll have it your whole life that way.

Good videos Strim, keep it up! sorry for long reply, but thought folks might find DC references helpful.
A note about the saves in Reaper, yes they are very high, however, in the R10 questing I do, my DC's in Draconic are able to land pretty consistently. i usually run my pure Sorc in Draconic because its so good for DPS, but I'm also able to mass hold really well, even with the DC listed below. Granted depending on how you configure your destiny your DCs could be higher or lower. here are my DCs in the respective destinies below for reference. below without bard songs :). i will say my finger DC in draconic doesn't always land, but you'd be surprised how much it does considering i don't have any necro focus feats, outside of completionist and past life wizard. knowing which monsters high high fort saves can save you some spell points in that regard.

Excellent video, those tables were really informative! Still, I don´t enjoy reaper mode much, I like to play solo and my main is a Fighter (= awful self-healing capabilities) so it´s basically pita mode for me.

No, the game is NOT more fun with friends. In fact, I hate trying to play in a group. Groups always just rush through at insane speed as though they are trying to set a world record speedrun, which is absolutely the least fun way to play.

Depends on your friends. If you play with people trying to level up as quickly as possible, you are right. If you play with people who want to be team members and enjoy the quest, then you are wrong.

I play solo, Reaper is fun under lvl 8 and a waste of time past that.

My friend and I have reached the first 465 points necessary in our Reaper Enchantments but cannot get any Survival Points. What do we need to do?

Does it include repairing? Is repairing reduced?

    • @Strimtom
      @Strimtom  Před 4 lety

Repair, regular healing, and negative healing all are reduced
