I would say Hero's Soul knockdown immunity works like the Enlightened Spirit's Celestial Form; you're immune to knockdown from things like dragons walking on top of you, but web snare and command will still floor you.
I will also make note that I have been hit with a champion debuff by a Deneith Cleric healing me on Bargain for Blood
Must've watched this nine times now trying to memorize all of it haha
Good idea for a youtube DDO video.
Now that you are going to reach 5k favor in HC server (apart from the 10 reaper points you already have), here goes other idea for a video: tell us which quests you have skipped completely, which ones you have done on hard, and which ones on elite but not on reaper? And why, of course. Some advice on that would be great.
Informative and right on point. Great work mate.
Thanks for the video, Informative and useful. Now I know why some of these are such a pain.
Great Video. Keep it up!
This is great thank you.
this is awesome thanks:) and real quick is this based off of wiki? because a few months ago wiki was wrong with some champs or some of the data wasnt filled in (i cant remember which one)
A mix of my brain and some asking of friends to confirm tertiary abilities (I ignore stygian but I had to confirm why lol)
Great video. Be a big bonus if you took those slides, threw them in a pdf and put it in the description.
Drunk ddo is awesome xD
wish a photo of each monster was added. i dont know them all by name nor do i have all the manuals.
A shield wand saves lifes 😅
Do the dots affect you if you have immunity to magic missiles?
Do the crowns look different? How do you know which is which? I just see 3 different looking crowns
For the video, I described each champion as though they are all max tier. Consider them dangerous regardless.
However, for clarity:
-Orange = Tier 1
-Red = Tier 2
-Red with glowing orange gemstone = Tier 3
Get on Coms!
Half a bottle of fireball? What Ramen flavor'd soup is that?
They are the priority for group target? or should be a reaper.
Let´s say the quest boss, a carnage reaper and a champion show up, what should be the order?
My order used to be: kill caster, kill healer, kill boss. Right now many times I see people just focusing in the boss and leaving the named monster loose to kill the group´s casters. This is a too important topic to people leave aside, many times people play ddo as six diferent single players in a quest and not in a group, people nowadays got a lot to learn about teamplay.
Other examples: people kitting mobs to the healer or making turns after the door / obstacles like bookshelfes in sharn and them complaining about lack of heals.
carnage> soul of cruelty??
5:10 um, I don't think True Seeing can bypass dodge.
I believe he was talking about bypassing the blur/displacement. Still have to contend with the dodge unfortunately.
pale-master is immune to poison so dot is fine
also shadow marked takes higher damage from light
This is correct. I didn't include reaper weaknesses mostly because the most dangerous don't have weaknesses and most players focus on one type of damage, so knowing that a monsters takes more lightning damage as a fighter isn't as relevant as what it can hurt you with. Still a good point though!
@@Strimtom true, but for spell caster it can be very relevant, due to the fact they can spend less spell points dealing with a single champion and thus doing generally better. It is most important for caster druids (since they have..like.. all the damage types) and also for wizards, since they usually have a good spell selection to handle non insta-killable/cc-able champions
Hey strimtom
