Hey guys, as the title suggests I redid the editing on this after uploading this yesterday because people correctly pointed out it was too hard to see. Hope the zoom editing helps.
i reckon this level of detail can only be calculated by reverse engineering and then using a dll of the actual game client. interesting stuff. up until now I shied away from builders. this one gives me confidence. thanks for awesome explanation.
Yep, they definitely use the actual game files. These builders are really useful, I often use them for my characters. This one in particular is really well done.
See the download link in the description. Think I just had to download them, may of had to right click files when downloaded and unzip them. Other than that there's no other installation setup I can remember. If you're having issues I'd recommend commenting in the forum thread (also linked in description) and someone should be able to help you there.
Not at the bottom, just down the page a bit. Click on "DDOBuilder10092.zip" That's the most up to date version. You may have to click the little black arrow near "assets".

anyone got the executable for this thing I can't find it anywere in the zip and only a mention of it in the DDOCPInstaller.isproj so I got no way of opening this thing....
DDObuilder.exe is flagged by both Windows Defender and AVG as a suspicious program. You have to force Windows Defender to run the exe file. And AVG will do a scan and insist on sending the data to be checked by their team before you run the program. As it has a code that is similar (though not an exact match) to a spyware code. I submitted it and am waiting to get a response from AVG on if it's a threat or not. Just thought I'd give people a heads up.
Probably because those programs don't know what it is so they mark it as suspicious by default. I've used it and it's fine and I haven't heard of anyone else having an issue with virus or whatnot. That said, I'm not an IT expert so take that with a grain of salt. Maybe ask the creator about it if concerned.

No you definitely don't have to pay anything, this is free. Just download the zip file and you can run it locally from your PC from there.

Since gtwf requires 17 dex + bab 11, you must be at least level 11 with a full bab class(es).

I believe so. The guy who made it does update it regularly afaik.
