      Hi,hope you are doing well,I have a question.when I do a kettlebell snatch and bring it down for another swing,I feel a jerk in my arm,can you tell me how do I decrease the impact of the jerk,Thank you.

      Great videos man! Merry Christmas btw! Let's say you want to increase your maximum number of snatches in a certain period of time? How would you do it? What kind of workout would you do? There are competitions out there and I might want to give it a shot. There is a discipline where you do snatches for 10 minutes.

      I have a question. I know on the arm swings the hinge movement from the hips are important. But I notice on the 1 arm snatch you don't bend at the waist at all. Is it not necessary with the 1 arm snatch? Not being an asshole..just geniuely want to know if I'm doing it wrong.( I bend over at the waist for the snatch)

    This guy gives great advice and you can tell he really is strong. With that mustache he reminds of the strong men of the 1920s. I did this work out and almost passed out. Granted, I'm not in the best shape, but this work out will help get me in shape soon. Thanks.

    Maybe a kettlebell challenge of some kind, such as double kettlebell snatch to squat thrust for 100 reps for time. Very nasty. Thanks for the great content across 2020, i hope you have a great Christmas with your family. Much love from the UK 🇬🇧
