    I know you made a video on the topic, but each time since I am baffled how well you were able to recover your hair. In a sport characterized by baldness for all the unhealthy reasons, this is rather refreshing to see. Looks like your base for the prep is really solid this year. Hope you don't over diet this time around, because it would be a sight to behold seeing you on stage hitting your Classic cap.

    Another good tip for shoulders: stretching the lats and mid back helped me a lott with mobility in the scholders and this Nice stretch excerxise

    I have never seen that lieing rotator cuff stretch before, and it feels great. Top content as always !
    I can see this Tricep extension 17:51 loading the tricep lateral head nicely, which aligns with the theory that internally rotating the arm puts more stress on the lateral head. Also, that extra rom when you pull the arm back, activates a little more of the long head. A rom which is often missed !

    Hi Wes, just a small point on the cable crunches - since you are tall, it seems that you can't get full flexion of the abs since you get so close to the ground when you perform the rep, meaning your back is actually quite flat, meaning that there is a chance your hip flexors are working as much as the abs are. Would it be possible to do the exercise on a small plyometrics box or something similar to allow great ROM and engage more of the abs?

      There is a distinct possibility however, that since your back is so thick with muscle, that it looks flat when in reality the spine is definitely flexed. If this is the case, disregard my comment, but I'll leave it up as a point of consideration for your taller subscribers who may want to hit this exercise. Stay strong 💪🏼💪🏼

    Wesley, they removed my cartilage, in my rightshoulder. So almost every chest and shoulderexercise is very painfull. Will these two stretchings reduce the pain also in this case?

    Als ik zo vrij mag zijn: je cable crunches kunnen nog wel wat efficiënter naar mijn mening. Nu ga je gewoon op en neer. Maar wanneer je je heup denkbeeldig als scharnier ziet en je probeert je ellebogen naar je knieën te brengen (zoals bij een traditionele crunch) krijg je een nog betere contractie in je buikspieren en dus een betere pomp. Win-win. 😁
    Een paar video's terug vroeg je om tips bij de stiffed legged deadlift omdat je een pomp krijgt in je onderrug. Wat bij mij erg werkt is de knieën iets naar buiten draaien, hiermee creëer je spanning op je glutes en haal je de spanning uit je onderrug weg.
