I'm a disabled vet and I'm new to bodybuilding. I'll never be anywhere near his level, but I'm improving! This is my new favorite hobby. People think I shouldn't be able to do it, being disabled, but if I'm smart and plan my exercise and isolation around my injuries, I can still hit the muscles I'm targeting. I have herniated disks, but my back is growing. I can't do dead lifts or clings or anything like that. But taking into account the location of my injuries and adding proper support and form, I can still work it. When there is a will, there is a way!

I get way too invested with these video's. During the working sets I found myself shouting '"come on PULL PULL PULL" at the screen.

Over time i have finally found out how to properly train back and in this video you explain it very well, any tips on rear delts because they are such a weakpoint⊠groei lekkerđ
Train rear delts at least twice a weak with isolation exercises, I find cable rear delt flyes for higher reps absolutely amazing. You can use dumbbells as well if you want variation. No heavy weight needed. Also, during rows, focus as hard as you can on squeezing the reps all the way back for a maximum contraction, and get a good full stretch at the bottom too.
Back:
1 00:45 Pull down variation (2-warm up sets 3-working sets)
2 07:45 Seated rowing (2-warm up sets 3-working sets)
3 13:20 Wide grip T-bar row (3 working sets)
4 16:14 Single arm seated row (3 working sets)
5 18:30 Cable pull downs (3 working sets)
6 20:50 Rear delt face pulls (3 working sets)
Biceps:
1 22:45 Preacher curls (2-warm up sets and 3 working sets)
2 28:00 spider curls (different grips - neutral/close)

Next time you try the first exercise, keep your spine neutral or in slight posterior rotation instead of leaning back and extending your spine. I get a much better stretch and contraction, especially with one arm at a time.

How often do pro body builders get sore after workouts out? Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness I mean. I talking about for a guy like WesleyâŠ
They live in it... And, they do a variety of things to counteract it. Internally and externally. Supplements will seriously help it. And, also good stretching and ice baths and massages from your sports medicine doctor. But hopefully Wesley will answer the question.
@@MalibuGlassMI Iâve heard youâre not supposed to ice bath as the inflammation is a prime mover in hypertrophy but I would very much like to hear Wesleyâs take. I have workouts where I feel like I gave it all but I donât end up getting DOMS afterwardsâŠ
Honestly I barely get sore. The only time I get sore is when doing totally different exercises / routines. But even then it'll wear off quick. I remember that the only time I really got sore is the first time I trained chest and the first time I trained calves haha
