    Hand position. Check out the hand position on the dumbbell press. More natural and causes less pain and clicking in my shoulders than straight bar bench press. Nice video. And rice porridge is the best. 💪💪👍💪👍

    I'm from Singapore, i followed your channel since when you were training with your brother kane at the old gym, and now still peeping now and then to watch your progress.
    I'm really curious how you manage to keep forward with your goals up till today progressively and keeping that same mindset going.
    Anyways man, the short posing on this video is never enough. I had to pause to look at the small details, the thickness and the overall condition of your body. Especially after workout, when the muscle are pump.
    Also i could only imagine how big you are in real life. And if you were to visit Singapore in future, trust me you're going to be the biggest man us Asian will ever see. I'm 173cm tall, 70kg in weight, compare to you massive differences hahaha! Cheers man.

    Could you talk about what your thoughts are on different training methods such as H.I.T vs Volume? How important is a training parter and how how important is "beyond absolute failure" taking Dorian Yates and Mike Mentzer into consideration for example.

    Hi Wesley! Can you please explain why you don’t use any kind of shoulder press? Im considering changing my Push routine like that: one chest press, one fly ex, one lateral raises ex, one front raises ex and one or two triceps ex. Would it be ok according to you?

      Training front delts is wasted energy since they get hit with virtually any other pressing movements and even some flye variations. If anything, adding more direct work can lead to overtraining or injury of the shoulder over time. Leave out shoulder presses and front raises to save time and energy. For your push day, I would do 2 chest presses, 1 or even 2 flyes, and then lateral raises and triceps.

    There is no chest workout for ‚fullness‘ or definition or what ever, the fullness is the pump from all that high volume which will last for maybe an hour and that‘s it. your chest is just ‚full‘ because if your genetics and year of work plus steroids. 95% of your viewers are natty. Everyone of them should chase overall chest growth and that‘s progressive overload ! Especially for natty‘s, the one and only way for them. You have good genetics and know your own body of course but you have absolutly zero knowledge or maybe you have but you talk to much bs
