If a joint (really dutch as we all know) is too brave, a Punch Punch al Toro (Arnold's favorite cuban cigar) will do the trick too i guess. So glad Wesley is finally getting the recognition he deserves, and just keeps getting better. I knew his physique was special several years ago when I first saw him, can’t wait to see what’s to come!
I still remember like 10-15 years ago when i first started lifting weights, Wesley sometimes posted an update of his physique on Dutch Bodybuilding board and even back then his physique was levels above anyone else who was active there. Kinda makes sense in the end that he's a top level competitor nowadays if you think about it :D
I was at the Fibo on Saturday and had the honor of taking a picture with Wesley. I saw him live for the first time and was more than impressed. He will go his way and I keep my fingers crossed for him for the Olympia.

By the way I tried out 195 kg (429 lbs each) dumbbells at my gym and they were an absolute bear!! I could only do 6 clean reps of military press with them.
Update: I was wrong, sorry, they were 30 lbs each.

Yeah I have lats in the maintenance, very very very low volume, 2 sets a week (got good lat genetics) but seeing Wes flex them lats like biceps just made me envious to max out my lat training and flex like that. So good. :)

Wesley , you can also try doing the last half of the movement or the first part of the movement when doing hamstring curls, try and see if it works for you , they are a biceps muscle after all. Good luck at the Olympia!

Wouldn't Prime machines be a good investment? (Or are they too expensive?) the ability to adjust the strength curve of a machine is incredible to me. Especially with the Prime Pec Deck, being able to have the most resistence in the stretched position is awesome
