Love the playing, that was awesome. In case you didn't know, that lick you played at the end uses the whole tone scale. This is probably the coolest lick I've ever heard in that scale
This is Awsome!!! So soulful!!
Awesome into, Saw you on Tom’s channel three years ago or so watching and listening ever since. You both play with tremendous emotion and note clarity; really fills in the open spaces. Thanks Jed keep up the great work.
Nicely done. I like it like that.
Gotta love one pickup guitars :)
Jedd is on Fire howdy guys what a delight !
how rad would that plunk look f you sanded all the paint off the body?....damn that would be cool wunnit maaaate?
Pretty snazzie intro there, Jedd! Bewt and fun as.
Jed.
Looking good, Jedd. Love a good storm - it's so fascinating
Any plans to record your performance at third and Lindsley? I’d stand in line to buy it.
Could you maybe get into that thumb thing from Tom a bit more? Maybe just show how different ways you incorporate it? Thanks! Such great playing at the top!
Damn it Jedd I’m going to the shed
You’re always coming up with cool stuff Jedd! Love it man. Very inspiring!
What Duesenberg model is that? Cool!
Sweet guitar you’re playing there! What is it? Thanks for the tips I’ll have to go look at that mini memory man!cheers!
Good to see you've gone back to playing right handed mate. 🙂
Thanks for the vids, can't wait to hear and see you Wednesday night. Is that a Tom Britt painting behind you?
I had to play the video twice, the first time I couldn't stop looking at/thinking about the Doozie!! LOL Love that guitar! I've got that bug though, I would have to try a Glaser/Buk stop-tail bridge on it! I think Glaser has it figured out! Just enough angle to compensate for string size (and wraps on bottom 3) In the shop the other night I had a random play list on, it played the set of you and Sarah alone w/candles on stage playing hew new record. I love that! One of these days the Doc's will leave me alone long enough so I can drive down and catch a show! I'd love to see you and Vince also!! Break a leg mate!! 8) --gary
I can hear Buk's influence in your playing, and still your individual style shines through! I think I'm starting to pick up some of his influence and yours as well, at least I hope, hope, hope...
