I finely diced Garlic and parsley, took out a pan and poured in a generous amount of olive oil, threw the chili peppers and garlic in. In a pot I poured in some water and a lot of salt, when it was bubbling I threw the "bronze dye, semolina flour" spaghetti in, when it was just before Al dente, I took it out, proceded to turn the flame of the olive oil on, and poured the spaghetti in, adding more olive oil as needed, as well as starchy pasta water, then I added Parsley, and to finish it of some pecorino romano cheese, plated it and poured in the leftover sauce, making it just gorgeous. I have been watching her passion about pasta and I'm on a mission to try as many as possible. Tonight I tried this recipe and hate to say it I'm not fascinated or blown away. It was bland and a little salty. So either this Italian restaurant doesn't know how to cook and I'm going to follow her recipe and make it myself. Or maybe I don't like pasta as much as I thought.
