I made this last night… amazing!!
Everything you cook es Deliciososo! Thank you!😋🫶🙏
I've been making this for pizza and pasta as well, but I always add some red wine to the garlic and onion and let it reduce before I add the tomatoes and blend everything together. It has a wayyy better depth of flavor.
Delightful as always ❤️😍❤️😍
exactly what I was looking for
Just made this for dinner. It is such a straightforward, flavourful and delicious recipe! Great work!
It's a very peppery pasta indeed. Had it twice today and I feel full and energized. Very healthy. Love basil. 😇

Thank you i did it whit my mom
10 out of 10 100% recommend I just made some of it and it is fucking delicious
Yummy
Most forget to fill can add water giving tomatoes room to move cook down. A bit a sugar is good too but the onions are sweet
I added minced/ground chicken to this.... just mmmmmm!
I love these vegans recipes
I am going to try this recipe and in reply’s is how it tastes😊😊😊
Btw with homemade pasta 🍝

Messed it up at the end by putting the sauce on top.
❤❤ yum
О, а вот оладьи из кабачков было неожиданно)
Realizing I haven’t tried Marinara sauce is a big regret😭
I love his accent
I LOVE MARINARA YIPEE
Nice guy
I do exactly that, with glazed onions but I put in fresh cilantro instead of basil and oregano. Tried it because I didn't have basil at the time and it's crazy yummy, so fruity and fragrant! Not the original marinara but a really good twist :)
aproved
Great!! As a Caterer beautiful sauce, for me, minus the oregano.
💯👌👍
Why is the sauce served only in the middle of the bowl of pasta?! You need to marry the pasta and sauce all together making every pasta coated with the sauce!!
Some people like it like that, I prefer having my sauce on the top of the noddles
Because it's not authentic, like cracking spaghetti into half. Somebody like it but Italians surely don't approve.
Really delicious ❤️❤️😘😘👏👏🏆🏆🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Schaut richtig lecker aus 👍👍👍
What time is lunch??
and you can add shredded carrots to balance the flavor
Oooooh and zucchini fritters too
What if u don't have basil will it still taste as good?
Better to used fresh red tomatoes and if you add oeragano early it taste bitter. Just add it when you take off from stove
Only one mistake put the pasta in the sauce
Can you use tomato paste?
is it okay to not put basil?
I have a question… what if I only have diced tomatoes? And younger than 16 so I can’t go drive and get some nor do I have money?
Can you also use tomato soup?
Is there a substitute for those whole tomatoes... can I just use boiled tomatoes instead?

The extra virgin olive oil is not for cooking, it's for salads and cold prep. Regular olive oil is best for cooking.
I don’t have dried oregano so I used Italian seasoning
😋😋😋👍
What is difference between marinara sauce and arrabbiata?
Marinara Yankee
Every Italian pasta is LITERALLY THE SAME DAMN THING😂😂??? Marinara, pomodoro, Arabbiatta they’re barely different…
Whats the difference between marinara, ragu and bolognese?
Isnt it the same sauce we normally use to make pastas😅
We did not need that moan lol
why dose he look like chamber from valorant
😋😋❤
best on pizza B)
i lived in Italy and never had marinara sauce
😊❤❤
Don't forget to add a pinch of sugar to reduce the acidity
not needed
Why is the sauce sitting in the middle of the bowl of plain pasta? SMH. Combine the pasta with the sauce over medium heat for about a minute or two. This is a terrible way to prepare any pasta.
Putting sauces right onto plain pasta and mix is actually one of the most common way of making pasta dishes, yet I'm never a fan of it and you are correct, it needs to combine with the pasta itself with some oil and pasta water.
@@hi-dg1bx It's not common in Italy and never has been. It's completely illogical. You're going to taste the naked pasta and the sauce separately with some bites which defeats the purpose of the sauce entirely. Just look at all Chinese noodle dishes. They're all completely mixed together in their respective sauces because they understand that the noodles are mainly the vessels for flavour. They provide texture and some flavour as well but the flavour comes predominantly from the sauce.
@@domenicpolsoni8370 I'm not quite sure about the Chinese noodle dishes part tho. What dishes are you talking about exactly? I'm asking about it becuase to my own knowledge (coincidentally as a Chinese myself), putting sauce on plain noodles is pretty common. The idea of emulsifying the sauce with oil, starch (pasta water) to mix the flavour well was very new to me as the beginning when I started diving into the Italian cooking world. This concept of course, exist in Chinese cooking but the italian way works in a unique manner. Chinese noodle dishes like Zhajiangmian炸醬麵, Dan Dan Noodles擔擔麵, and in Hong Kong there's a variety of Lo mein (as a general term) put the sauce together with plain noodles. Of course, dishes like chow mein focus on combinding the flavour of the ingredient and seasoning together with the power of heat. However, pasta works differently. It's often thicker and already full of flavour on its own, so it won't be able to combine with the sauce that easily. Comparing to many Chinese noodle like "you mian", "mi xian" and "chow mein", most pasta have way stronger flavour then most of them.
@@hi-dg1bx Generally sauces used in Chinese cuisines - rooted say in soy and sesame oil - are cooked into the noodles at high heat, yes. Pasta sauce is also incorporated into the noodles over heat most of the time. Maybe not as intense, but still heat nonetheless. Regardless, my point is that sauce never sits on top of naked pasta like that.
😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😍
Brother, it looks decent but please for the love of god mix the pasta in with the sauce next time (don't forget the pasta water either, for Italia)
So……. Hmmm a large amount of white plane tasteless pasta with some marinara on top 😌
You have to toss the pasta in the sauce. Never just put it on top .....that is for people that don't know how to cook Italian food.
😮😮😮😮
What are the quantities of each? The heck.
In the description - tap three dots on top right :)
Marinara in Marinara Sauce refers to the Italian fishermen sailors to invented thus recipe. It was a simple sauce made by the fishermen when they were at sea for days ,catching fish, and away from home. The recipe is olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, tomatoes and basil. Nothing else. There is no seafood in it.
Can I use fresh tomato? Or tomato paste
Yea. I also kinda didn't want to use canned tomatoes either. 😅
what's his accent ??? Italian or espanol ????
Hey will you please do this again but this time add anchovies to it, do this and make a video about it please? Apparently the anchovies will dissolve into a paste, apparently it's very fucking delicious, umami as they say. Listen, what you're supposed to do is in the beginning when you're sauteing the garlic, this is when you add the anchovies, apparently the anchovies will dissolve into a paste, everyone says it's the secret ingredient to a very tasty tomato sauce. So please do this and make a video about it?
A little bit of sugar helps a lot as well
Use grated carrots instead. Adds the sweetness you desire and is significantly better for you. Also a 1/16 teaspoon of baking soda to cut down on the acidity for those that have problems with acidic foods.
i don't have oregano help
Italians tips:
1- NO OREGANO PLS
2- It called Sugo
But look Amazing
No way no way
