Guys read this comment if u eat oats There are three types of oats 1. Steel Cut oats 2. Rolled oats 3.instant oats The steel cut oats look like sharp and are very less processed but they are expensive and take 30min to be ready They also have less glycium level so steel cut oats are the best one to eat Rolled oats are middle processed means not much but not that less proccessed They are not expensive much and take 10min to eat and have mid level glycium Instant oats are highly processed and contain high levels of glycium they are also very cheap and take 3to 5min to make them ready i prefer eat steel cut oats or rolled oats pls share this message to everyone Eat healthy anf Stay safe
