I'm not Italian, but aren't there at least few pasta dishes that are made with different method? I mean something like Spaghetti all' Assassina, the spicy one pot/pan dish?
@@jarivuorinen3878 Well, I said that all kind of pasta that require the boiling metod should be cooked in a large pot, pasta needs his space in that case. When we come to pasta dishes, well, at that point the modality can change, exactly as in the Assassina, where it is a sort of one pan dish, where you actually cook pasta in the souce. In this particular dish you want the pasta to be crispy, so you cook it like that

@@Ifyskitchen People are free to rinse or not rinse. FYI pasta is coated with artificial preservatives, not a bad idea to get as much of that off as possible. You could do the same with noodles as well.
I am well aware that the "experts" say that you shouldn't rinse your spaghetti or any other type of pasta because it helps the sauce to stick to the noodles. Personally, I don't care if the sauce sticks to the noodles because it's all going to go in my mouth at the same time anyway and it'll get plenty mixed up when I chew it. I'd much rather get rid of as much starch as possible because I'd much rather let it go down the drain than to consume it. Pasta is already unhealthy enough, so it's one easy way to cut down on the amount of carbs that you ingest!

Hi Chef Ify 👩🏾🍳👑👸🏽, meal under 30minutes I'm all for it. CHEF Some sliced Sausages or prawns or both will be perfect 👌Absolutely Yummylicious, soo simple but packed with incredible flavours and Aroma. Amazingly Scrumptious💯. Well done Chef Ify 👩🏾🍳👑👸🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤗💖🤗💖🤗💖💐💐
My mom uses butter so it doesn't stick it's more efficient and soft and makes home sauce using fresh tomatoes and any of your favorite spices add water or milk it's absolutely divine trust me
For perfect pasta, you need to strain after cooking for 8mins. Let it cool slightly before combining with the tomato sauce. You can incorporate some of the pasta water and there you have it! Thank me later!
Ideal time for boiling spaghetti is 20 minutes (if you put it in when the water is boiling). Learnt that from Chef Gordon Ramsey and it has made cooking spag easier. You don’t have to keep going back and forth from the pot to check the texture.
Good but you need to be more specific than that What is the temperature needed to cook the spaghetti? (Medium, medium- high, high) What can of tomato sauce do we need or which one do you recommend Etc
Didn't know about the rinsing but was looking for a way to do things already substituting ground beef with 2 burger patties(ran out of buns) and gonna have to substitute regular salt with seasoned salt I'll edit with the results(got a feeling the seasoned salt is gonna make it taste weird)
