I love the fact that cuisine is revelatory of one's history; Nigerians eat this same thing!!! It goes to show that we are family, no matter the borders between us.
Indeed we're all related.
When I joined your fam we were abt 19k and now we're 199k indeed God is awesome and you my boss are blessed♥♥♥
Yes oo, we are 8 away from 200K!! Thanks for the love and support this whole time, sis.🙏🏾💕
Hi, I am Nigerian. I love what you do.
It's also called kosai in the northern part of Nigeria and akara in southern Nigeria.
In Ghana it's called kosee. It's a Northern Ghanaian dish so I'm not surprised Northern Nigeria has a similar name
This looks good, I will be trying this. Thanks you!
Congratulations on reaching 200K..you’ve worked really hard and deserve to be appreciated and applauded. I’m sure your Dad’s smiling down at you from heaven... keep the faith and God bless you and your family and may this channel and all you do grow from strength to strength🙏🏽
Thank you for your kind words, sis. God bless you🙏🏾🙇🏾♀️❤️

This method of peeling the beans is a very useful tip sis wowowo. I love akara and the thought of washing the beans just turns me away. The akara looks like a new bride, very shiny and yummy looking. Hmmm this with french bread in Saturday morning 😂😂🤤. Thanks for sharing sis ❤❤
Thank you so much sis. Yes what a perfect sandwich it will make! New bride got me smiling😄😄😄. You won't kill me oo😂😂😍😍😍
Good🙏
Hoping to get some Hausa koko powder so I can enjoy it with koose the way you did. 😎
You should! So good!! 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Yes oo. No more rubbing between my palms😂😂

Beautiful sister, yes I like it soooooooo much 😋❤😊👍
Thank you so much.I'm glad you like it ❤️❤️
Nice peeling system- Also remind your viewers to recycle the sieve water not to be wasted. To use a clean water at the end of removing beans skins. Beans peeling is water consuming. Encourage water conservation in every part of the world. Your end product looks delicious.
Thank you Mummy ❤️
Always a pleasure, love💕💕
Big congratulations
Thank you!!
What is brand of the machine you use to peel off the sink.
You soo good at what you do.😍😍😍
Thank you🙏🏾
@@KwankyewaasKitchen You are always welcome Dear 🙏 😘 ☺ 😊 ❤
Can one use air flyer to make koose.
Is there another way to skin the beans? My blender is not as powerful as yours. Thanks!
My dear can you tell me the name of the strainer you are using to fish out the goodies? Thanks!
It is a Kitchenaid brand and common in Home Goods 💕
Hi Kwankyewaa. This is also the way I make my koose (Akara) but with the skin on. Akara is unbelievably, delicious with salad. Try it.
Thank you Esther! It does sound delicious and I will surely try it.

In Somali we call this bajiya, the recipe is the same ❤️
An East African will venture to think this is Mandazi😄, it is a form of fried bread, they look so identical with Akara, Your recipes always have a life-changing hack✨💯❤️.
Thank you! I need to try some Mandazi then😋😋
I clicked here thinking it's mandanzi, so damned, I will try this sometime.
I thought it was mandazi
👌🏽👍🏼
So to get the skin off we have to use the pulsating button on our blender because I’m scared of blending everything together
Use please. Pulse it.

Yes you are🥰🥰
that is not the gas in the beans coming to the surface, it is micro-organisms feeding on the carbs in the beans and producing gas(and acids) as a byproduct, basically the process of fermentation taking place
I see! Thanks for the education 👌🏾
Look like Timmy Chan’s biscuits
