    Hi, I am Nigerian. I love what you do.
    It's also called kosai in the northern part of Nigeria and akara in southern Nigeria.

      In Ghana it's called kosee. It's a Northern Ghanaian dish so I'm not surprised Northern Nigeria has a similar name

    Yummy this looks so delicious my friend. We make something similar to this as well. But we use yellow peas or mung beans! So yummy ❤❤❤

    Oh I love this method of taking the skin off before soaking........when you take it off after soaking in the blender, it breaks. Learnt something new

    This method of peeling the beans is a very useful tip sis wowowo. I love akara and the thought of washing the beans just turns me away. The akara looks like a new bride, very shiny and yummy looking. Hmmm this with french bread in Saturday morning 😂😂🤤. Thanks for sharing sis ❤❤

    Nice peeling system- Also remind your viewers to recycle the sieve water not to be wasted. To use a clean water at the end of removing beans skins. Beans peeling is water consuming. Encourage water conservation in every part of the world. Your end product looks delicious.

    Hi Kwankyewaa. This is also the way I make my koose (Akara) but with the skin on. Akara is unbelievably, delicious with salad. Try it.

    that is not the gas in the beans coming to the surface, it is micro-organisms feeding on the carbs in the beans and producing gas(and acids) as a byproduct, basically the process of fermentation taking place

      Oh sis, kus3 oo. But some times ransto is good oo😂😂😂. Maybe it didn't cook well inside. Next time let the heat be medium and turn constantly to allow it cook through. I wish I had Hajia close by oo, just for koko, as I am out of millet.
