    This was really good. I didn't think beans would fry so well, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It's so simple with just a little bit of planning head to soak. This will definitely be a weekly thing lol Thank you!

    I love akara but really hate washing this beans to remove the skin so today I'm excited to learn you can actually make it with the skin on and it's even nutritive. My kids love akara served inside bread like a sandwich and some pepper sauce. Such a yummy combo. Thank you so much for sharing auntie Nana❤❤ and I'll use shallots next try too

In Nigeria we usually peel off the skin on the beans first but I cannot wait to try something new, blending the beans with the skin on, I know it must be nutritious too.       Yes, why do people take the skin off. I moved from Ghana and have not had koose in a while so when I forgot what it looked like and thought the white insides were the norm. But seeing Nanaaba’s koose reminded me of what authentic roadside koose actually looks like

    Had tried the peeled beans version very tasty but not filling and soaks too much oil. Prefer this version looks healthier and will surely try it.

I’m confident you can do it with your eyes closed! A healthier tip for a health conscious person like you... shallow fry them in extra virgin olive oil, so you’ll need to flip them after about 2 mins on each side, on medium low heat. You’ll love them Fiifi👌🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️

    Hey hey there- 🤗🤗😘 Another great recipe from a dear lady. 😘 I tried the bean stew. I did not have smoked fish- Instead, i dried the fish and my shrimps in the oven as you have shown in another video. I used smoked paprika to compensate as you have suggested in another video. The stew was a bomb. My family loved it. It was the first time I ate such delicious beans. The other thing is that I wanted to cook the waakye boutique- I could not find waakye leaves🤔. I will ultimately find them. Keep up the good work😘
