In South India also we have a similar recipe. It is called Alasandalu vada.
Hello Sis. I have been searching for a koose recipe and I stumbled upon this one after having watched several others already. My question is about a step that is left out in this video. You did not beat your paste to form the smoothness that everyone spoke about. Is this step not necessary in this recipe? I have tried this weekend without incorporating the air into the paste and my stuff sat right in the bottom. Please advise. Baba

What kind of loose is this??
i thought you remove the skin from the Beans 1st?
That is a different method
This can't be true. How come u did blend the beans with the husk and it worked. U mean u did not remove the bean husk at all. Pls explain. Also, with water added, how can that be possible?
Yes sister. In Ghana, we have two types , with bean husk on and removed own
I did mine yesterday. U can add only salt, those spices don't need it. Try, it's delicious than the removed husk ✌️
it's left peanuts rosted
This koko can kill stomach ulcer trust me
Please l want to believe this type, they don't remove the skin from the beans
