It always grosses me out that these predator refer to the victims as “young women”, like no sir, that is a CHILD.
Agreed, its a common form of mitigation, it's part of human psychology that when someone is caught doing something they know is wrong, they will describe the act in a way to make it sound as 'minor' no pun intended, as possible. I can't say the fact the predator does it is surprising, almost all criminals will. But it certainly doesn't make it feel any less disgusting.
@@alexwebb5054 Bro, there's a huge difference between most crimes and raping a child. One's not always that serious, and the other one is raping a child. One, people can stop doing, the other one is raping kids. Once a sexual predator starts, they're no longer human and won't stop without death, idek if castration would be 100% effective. Idk what it is, but they just can't stop, I've seen countless sexual predators pretty much admit that they can't stop.
Well, it doesnt help that some religions and countries do call certain people under the age of 18 young women. For example, the LDS church has a name for girls from the age of 12-17. 12-13 is a beehive, 14-15 is mia maid, and 16-17 are laurels. All of these are considered young women and the same applies to the young men.

@@squishy8758Considering there wasn't a real person involved, it makes it hard to do anything legally. No children were actually harmed or traumatized during these episodes. It was a bunch of adults pretending to be minors.
@@soulknife20 that has nothing to do with the light sentencing or anything. Sting operations are done quite a bit and legal, though controversial. The reason for the light sentencing is because solicitation especially as a first offense is a second or third degree felony, which is on the low tier of felonies but still higher than a misdemeanor. But it all depends on the state. Doesn't matter if there was an actual child, as that's how sting operations operate. I can see the reason for confusion though, many people call sting operations entrapment, but it is not. During a sting you do not coerce that talk to anything you let it go organically. eventually, the suspect will either stop talking or turn it into a more not-family friendly conversation. Continuing to not coerce is the key to a sting. But allowing them to send evidence and clearly saying the presumed age of the "victim" clearly and multiple times, is also another key. Knowing the alleged suspect is talking to a "minor" and continuing the x-rated conversation is all the evidence a court needs to make a ruling. I hope this helps in better understanding

When a 40-something-year-old dude thinks that the worst possible outcome of showing up to a minor's house is that his mom will completely throw away his computer, it tells you everything you need to know about him.
He's completely disassociated from reality. This is scary.

Everyone always seems soooo shocked when they hear of people who were caught after doing horrendous things every time like it's the first time they've heard such a tragic tale, yet this year there's been more school/mass shootings in america than there has been days of the year... that in its self should wake people up to how "normal" it is to have such malevolent people in the world. I mean come on... there are 8 billion of us. I personally would do ATROCIOUS things if the prerequisites were met, i.e. hurt my kids or family, etc. Most people can and would for similar reasons, and a lot of people would do those things without even having any prerequisites. 😂

Real talk, though; when I was 11 years old, a few friends and I went to the public library because we had a project coming up and needed to research a few things. We’re all sitting outside and this grown man just walks up to us and starts talking. I kept quiet because looking at him made my stomach hurt.
When it came for our turn to use the computers, we paid no kind to him taking the one opposite of us. He then called one of my friends over just to show her his screen.
She left the building not two minutes later because he had showed her BDSM P*rn and she said the “woman” looked VERY young.
We told our parents and they took us all to the sheriffs department to give statements. Turns out- they’d been looking for this man for a good few months. Real scary stuff.

It took guts to not only admit to your parents what happened but to make a statement to the sheriff’s department, that must’ve been absolutely nerve racking. It most likely saved at least one kid’s life, if not multiple.

Its because they didn't actually go through with the act. Most of them just claim entrapement and the cases are thrown out. In Murphy, Tx, TCAP nabbed like 24 people and the DA didn't prosecute any of the cases because of how TCAP did it and that the jury pool was tainted because of the show.

Story time. A few years ago I used to work in the children's department of my local town library. Happened to stumble across a man watching soft adult p*rn in the front row of the small computer lab. He was escorted out and banned from the building. Turns out it wasn't his 1st library he did this in. People are creeps

I worked in libraries too more than once have seen people acessing porn although not near the children's section we both know you see some crazy stuff in libraries I'm grateful where I live currently they're very vigilant about adults who try to frequent the children's section when they don't check out children's books or have a kid with them

This just goes to show how little the court systems really care about protecting children. Who knows how many children he traumatized for life while he was allowed to offend. He was given no more than a slap on the wrist time and time again, and his victims will never have justice because the courts allowed him to walk free until the day he died. Disgusting.

Dude probably had judge's like the one who gave a Brock Turner months probation for being caught forcing himself on a classmate. There's a LOT of judges who see themselves in these people, and we should always look at them with a MASSIVE side eye.
People are looking at this the wrong way. Let's say you wrote and enacted the laws and punishment, but you were into kids, would you Make the punishments super harsh? That's why drug laws have the strict penalties, they aren't worried about getting picked up for trafficking Marijuana.
I like how in the video they said he got 3 Years Probation but whoever edited it wrote "3 Years Prohibition," that would be a very unique punishment.

The justice system is a damn joke when it comes to sexual offenses, probably why so many people keep doing so. They need to get hit with a way harsher punishment, especially for the pedophiles. The people sentencing need to also get charged for letting these freaks out in public after multiple offenses.

Punishment (if you could call it that) is only for the poor. Those who can pay may as well do whatever with impunity.
If you call "paying a lot of money and potentially going to jail" impunity, sure.
Posting bail doesn't cause the offense to magically disappear, it just lets the accused out of jail until the trial date. The bonds you are complaining about exist so that "the poor" have a chance to post bail even if they don't have the money or assets to do so.

As a CSA survivor, it’s always hard in my opinion to watch these videos. You have empathy for these people and how hard their lives are because of the monster they are, but then you have to constantly remind yourself that they’re not good people and they deserve everything they get.

Seeing this reminded me that a man messaged my mom sometime in the last few months about my younger brother. Saying that they'd talked in a mall and whatnot. They hadn't mind you. My brother doesn't really talk to strangers, not even family for that matter. He also hasn't been to a mall either. The guy was expressing.. "interest" in him but when asked if he was attracted to little boys, he denied it. Why would you contact the mother or father of a child in a creepy way then deny the question when if you were NORMAL, you wouldn't express creepy interest in the person's child. You might ask how they're doing if you're aware of them going to the doctor or something, something normal. Not something like "I really like your son and he likes me too. I'd love to see him again." That type of shit, you know? Absolutely pissed me off beyond belief. Like why do these people think it's okay to be attracted to children? It's not okay in the slightest. People may argue that "oh, they're just sick and need medical help, they don't understand what they're doing. It's a mental illness." I'm sorry but a mental illness would be you being bipolar, having schizophrenia, depression, ect. This attraction to children isn't really a mental illness yet people try to paint it that way. This is someone making a conscious choice to attempt to or is making advances towards a child. Some of these pedos have said that it's crossed their mind that it might be the police, they've asked if they're a cop. Some have hesitated to get out of their vehicle and go through with it, having to psych themselves up to get out and go inside the house to WILLINGLY have intercourse with a child. Even if the "child" in these sting operations are decoys that look like a child enough to fool these people, it STILL tells you that if it was an actual child home alone and one of these creeps showed up? Someone's child is most likely gonna be assaulted or assaulted AND kidnapped. But it's a mental illness, right? Not a choice? It is 100% a choice that you willingly make to pursue an underage person when you as an ADULT KNOW that being attracted to children is beyond wrong. Their punishments should've been way worse. They shouldn't have been let out of prison. It might seem harsh but they should've been given life without the possibility of parole. That's just my opinion though. We need more of them getting tazed tho

For Jeff Stacy (Mickey Mouse) I do believe he died of a drug overdose, him and his wife both had problems with illicit substances and it's not uncommon for someone who is a drug abuse counselor to be an addict themselves. She showed very clear psychotic depression symptoms. Also with all the calls and messages she would have got I have no idea how Leanne wouldn't have known that Jeff wasn't an RSO at one point

Sometimes the need to pee really is that urgent 😩 and yet we still have people who actually hurt kids not on the registry or punished at all. 😵💫 my heart goes out to those on the registry for peeing outside too 😢

After being jailed twice and the TCAP series sting, this man proves that he absolutely can't help himself. That should remind parents everywhere that these creeps walk among us every single day. And there is a force driving them to sexually conquer children. Apparently an addiction stronger than cocaine and gambling. Even when most older men stop chasing women, the pedos never lose that lust and desire for boys and girls. This is nowhere as uncommon as most folks think - the internet makes it a lot harder to keep your family safe

I have heard a LOT of stories and accounts of sexual molestation, rape, sexual assault, harassment, etc. It's crazy common.
