    I wish you did only CZcams barre workouts instead of an app. I can't afford an app because I'm a stay at home mom. But barre is my favorite work out and no one does them only on CZcams!

    Hi there. I am not pregnant but I do have. a lot of joint issues and want to work on flexibility and function. I came across your low impact video and thought “ Why not?” I did the 20 minutes, I felt challenged and even broke a little sweat. I believe I will try it again and see how I feel after a couple of sessions. Thank you for the video and congratulations on your baby.

    Hey lady wanted ask if you could a intermediate Barre with all ankle weights and arm weights....I'm getting a heck of a lot stronger and so things are getting easier...maybe like a set of intermediate bad ass Barre or something? Any who just a suggestion and hope you can do something like that!
