  • Stay healthy and fit during your pregnancy with this easy pregnancy indoor walking workout! It's mostly standing (except for a couple of stretches at the end) with NO SQUATS AND NO LUNGES so it's easy on your knees! Safe for first trimester, second trimester and third trimester. Great for beginners or days you are feeling low on energy and especially third trimester when you have more aches and pains. I hope you feel amazing after this pregnancy workout!

    22 weeks pregnant and I feel refreshed after the workout, I actually prefer this kind of workouts. It was fun and I enjoyed the walking part 😃

    21:19 this is my first pregnancy and I’ve not been able to get up and have the energy or motivation to work out. Your channel has helped me become active and is gentle enough for me to feel good, and not be discouraged by my limitations especially due to being out of shape.     Thank you for all your videos.I was exercising every day (except few I missed) since first trimester.I watched your birth educational videos,videos about labour positions and everything.I gave birth today to a sweet baby boy in 39 weeks(your videos to induce labour I guess worked😂) And it was my second birth,first was with epidural. This was natural birth and even I have to admit there was point I thought I will give up,I did it.Thank you for all thous videos and advices,love exercising with you and will definitely continue postpartum ones,after I give my body well deserved rest.One more time thank you ❤

    I've been following your first and second trimester workouts for the past few months! Almost 5 months pregnant now and this was absolutely wonderful to do between more intense workouts! This is my second pregnancy and keeping my body active and fit during this one is a big priority to me, I want to have a natural delivery and I can already feel my body getting stronger! I am so so thankful for your channel!!!

    Loved this work out. Definitely on the easier side but I’m 28 weeks pregnant and have been having hip and pelvic pain on one side. This workout was just what I needed to not cause more pain but still be moving.

    2nd pregnancy now #week30, have been following your workout videos in my 1st pregnancy and had a very smooth natural delivery. Have been a little busy with work and baby during the 1st and 2nd trimester of this pregnancy, hope to keep up to your videos daily from now till delivery.

    my 21 weeks and been enjoying your video since 1st trimester. I just can’t sit and chill all week due to I’d in regular workout before pregnant-even if I got bad nausea. while I search video which I can do and still enjoy, I found yours and I’m so happy now I can’t exercise anytime and anywhere. thank you for make me motivated and feel healthy! can’t wait for next pregnancy videos! 😊🩷

    Dear Jessica, im in the 3rd trimester and fighting a flu for the last few days. Today I made soup and while it was good, I felt like a corpse after I ate. Usually your videos are more demanding but today this workout was all I could have in me to get moving. And boy am I glad I did. I feel almost alive now. I'll try to do also a sleepy stretch later in the evening. Thank you so much for all your great videos. I subbed immediately after doing my first workout from your channel and I put a like on every video I do. Your work is incredible and helps so many mammas around the world. Specialized pregnancy workouts in my city are crazy expensive and would take forever to commute to, let alone the obvious fact that I can't go when sick. It is a blessing to be able to just throw in whatever I have time and energy for right from my living room. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Btw curious detail, walking outside more than 15ish minutes gives me back pain. But your videos including this walking video, never do. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong when I walk but there we go, this was so much better than a 20 minute walk outside. I especially loved the incorporated arm movements. This was a great workout 💪❤

    Thank you for this great workout! I found you through your SI joint pain relief video, which was a LIFESAVER. Now I'm trying to keep active to reduce my risk of hypertension, and this is the perfect intro for someone who has been away from exercise for too long.

    Hi Jessica I have been following your exercises from some time it helped me with sciatica and baby engage I am 5cm dilated for today am 39 w 3 days , doctor says until contractions are regular we can't do anything
