We will do a different 15-30 min pregnancy workout daily for a fit pregnancy, to get rid of aches and pains and prepare you body for birth! The videos compliment each other to strengthen and tone your full body!

Yesterday, I was dreading exercising and skipped it. Today, I was dreading exercise, but I did the video anyways and am SO GLAD!! It felt great to move my body, sweat a little, etc. Thank you for the January calendar and encouragement!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful content you have been creating. I followed your prenatal yoga and workouts throughout both my pregnancies and had a quick and easy birth for both my babies. In my 1st pregnancy, I was in labour for 4.5 hours. And in the second it was only a 2 hour labour (I barely made it to the L&D 😂). Both were natural unmedicated births. Thanks to your yoga and breathing practices, my body was able to cope beautifully to the pain. My body and my baby knew exactly what to do. ❤I am forever grateful to you for that experience!

I’ve been doing this workout daily when I can! Between getting a month long cold and then the flu my pelvic floor is just about destroyed from the constant coughing. Finally feeling like I can workout again and strengthen my pelvic floor back up 🤣 if you have any pelvic floor stretches please tell me where I can watch!
