  • Today we are doing a full body pregnancy workout with mini band (or a resistance band). If you don't have a mini band you can do it without and simply make the movements larger for a good workout!

    Thank you so much for these videos Jessica. I had a smooth unmedicated delivery of my first baby in October, and I credit a lot of it to your workouts & labor coping tips. I did your pregnancy workouts starting at week 25. I do not know what I would’ve done without you! My midwife even complimented me during my labor and said “you’re making this look easy.” It didn’t feel easy, but you helped give me so many tools for my body and mind to make it through. Now I am following your postpartum challenge and my body is feeling stronger every week. Loving doing these videos while my sweet baby girl naps. Thanks for all your support for us Moms!

    22 weeks and my only regret is not being more consistent with these workouts. Thank you for doing one that includes bands and would love to see more of that and possibly the stability/pregnancy ball? Thank you for all that you do to provide us mamas with amazing and easy to follow workouts

    15 weeks pregnant with second baby. I love love love your workouts. Have been following along January challenge and it makes me feel so energized. I followed your videos throughout my first pregnancy as well ❤ I love the monthly challenge. It gives a nice structure, variety and something to look forward to. would you be creating February challenge as well? Would love to follow along.

    33 weeks 🎉 With band most exercises were a little too tough on my pelvis (band isn’t very stretchy), without band still a great workout though!

    I loved the mini band!
    It’s my first time exercising in a month since I got diagnosed with vasa previa.
    I want more of these routines! I want to stay flexible and as fit as I can. I have to avoid high impact exercises.
    I am curious to try the Pilates wheel! If you have a routine for this one, it will be so appreciated it!

    Can postpartum women do these exercises daily and just ad on ab exercises? I feel like I felt the burn more when I was pregnant and doing the pregnancy workouts.

    This was great! Any recommendations for easing the pain of rib flare? I’m carrying twins and am carrying them high. Exercise in general seems to help them shift down a bit of sleep is tough.
