My thighs have been sore from Day 1, but once again, no pain no gain. If you want change, then you have to do it.
Day 4 :- Done
Couldn't do it previous five days because of work but I am back to this routine now. My mouth feels dry after working out.
Day 5 :- Completed

Hello Everyone!
I will be starting this workout from today. I will update my progress everyday. And I will share the results after a week. So let's get it!
✅Day 1:- Completed
Weight: 65.5 kg
Thigh Measurements: 27 inches
Pain: My legs are literally shivering right now. They hurt a lot. I doubt if i can walk properly or not. But on the other side of the coin, this is gonna be worth it. All this pain is for the good!
✅ Day 2:- Completed! - I swear the pain was real. Yesterday only legs shaked. Now even hands shake. Let's get it girls and boys!

Day 3-I was late for home nd I had my dnr so I didn't but I did 15-20 min walk

I do the once ,have to rest a day😅
I almost die at 9 mins.And I have to rest three day.Can't even walk for a day.😂😅

달리기 하러 가려는데 갑자기 비가 와서 이 운동을 따라했어요.

Doing this workout everyday! For atleast a month so I can see the results 💕
Day 1: ✅ (my thighs were shaking by the end though)
Day 2: ✅ I feel very accomplished lol (didn’t feel as tough as yesterday, maybe because I started my workout from this particular program)

@@tripti1205 I forgot to update but I’ve been doing this along with the 30 min belly fat workout from mizi everyday. I just skipped on Sunday because it’s my rest and cheat day. I’ve been also watching my calories but it’s been just a week and the results aren’t really visible yet but I totally feel lighter after the workout and my friends say I’ve been looking skinnier although my weight hasn’t dropped yet. I’ll keep doing this for a month and update the results

Squats n lunges will tone your body by adding muscles, not making them bigger. When you have more muscles, you’ll burn more calories at rest. Thats why weight lifting is also necessary to lose weight.
