I am 48 years old...actually I am not new to yoga....being an ex-athlete i am always fitness freak n switched to yoga after marriage n having kids ...somehow I lost interest after pandemic n never get back to that spirit because of family responsibilities....
One of my friend invited me to join this free yoga session n i thought of giving it a try...Saurabh , your way of teaching is just amazing...the way u motivate us, explaining the benifits, chilling us in between, warning us not to force the body to finish the task, giving simple version beside the original one is very much appreciable ..i never missed single class after joining this free session...
Looking forward to continue even after finishing this session.
