Last year I joined for 2 months and I am very much comfortable with your workout but bequz of my some problems I can't continue with you since 1 month

I have taken subscription and you keep mentioning different kinds of pranayam besides Nadi shodhan, bhastrika and bramhari and I'm not sure what's the correct way to do them . Thanks a lot Mr.bSaurabh for the simple exercises for knee strengthening. Iam quite comfortable with strengthening exercises,. but as for stretching, iam not able to lift my knee or hold my foot. Besides if I force, my shoulder bone pains for about 5 minutes. Second Stretching causes pain in my hamstrings. The third one is comfortable. Any remedial suggestions for pain-free stretching will be highly appreciated. Iam 67 years old and have a ACL tear in the left knee. Knee strengthening exercises recommended by ortho. Today I did the recommended exercises for the first time.
