We will do 5 strengthening exercises and 3 stretching exercises that specifically focus on the quads, hamstrings, calf muscles, and sides. I will guide you through each exercise, including how to do them and how many reps to do. By the end of this video, you will have a complete knee-strengthening routine that you can do at home.     I am 63 years old. Travelled to Europe and due to 15 hours sitting, once I reached home, my legs got swollen leaging to acute knee pain in right knee. Did these 8 excercises for 7 days and I am 80 percent better.. my joy of walking in Europe is back.. Saurabh, please guide us how to be safe with knees and back during long flights

    Last year I joined for 2 months and I am very much comfortable with your workout but bequz of my some problems I can't continue with you since 1 month
    I was hospitalized for birochoscopy treatment

    These are really helpful. Thank you!! A humble request to kindly do a similar session for different Pranayams. I have taken subscription and you keep mentioning different kinds of pranayam besides Nadi shodhan, bhastrika and bramhari and I'm not sure what's the correct way to do them .     Thanks a lot Mr.bSaurabh for the simple exercises for knee strengthening. Iam quite comfortable with strengthening exercises,. but as for stretching, iam not able to lift my knee or hold my foot. Besides if I force, my shoulder bone pains for about 5 minutes. Second Stretching causes pain in my hamstrings. The third one is comfortable. Any remedial suggestions for pain-free stretching will be highly appreciated. Iam 67 years old and have a ACL tear in the left knee. Knee strengthening exercises recommended by ortho. Today I did the recommended exercises for the first time.

    Second day of knee exercises. I'm sarla here. I'm already feeling better and confident that I'll conquer early stages of osteoarthritis . Early morning sessions are also helpful

    I am suffering kneepain for abt 15 yrs not able to step up stairs.
    with one day itself there is change. Tho i know shud do these type exrcse. Bit lazy now decided to do daily

    I had severe pain in left knee I am doing it for eight nine days the QUad strengthening exercise. Pain has reduced n feeling better
