Oh my word that could be me. I'm almost 65 and been afraid of any kind of surgery but I think my condition absolutely mirrors hers. Just a matter of finding a GREAT surgeon close to me!!

Hey there, I do about 15 new patient telemedicines every week. Here is the best path forward:
1- email your insurance card to Spine@TSCspine.com
2- if we take that insurance THEN upload your images (get the CD from image center) to my portal for our 1st visit
3- I must have X-rays and MRI, X rays are critical. Just MRI isn’t enough. Need to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed, or wanted.
4- You need to get your CD 💿 of your X ray and MRI (imaging centers will never send them to us)
5- On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! 🤯🥰
6- recap: email us, get CDs, upload

@@DonnallySpineConsult THANKS!! I'm sorry I JUST got notice of your reply to me. My X-rays are from a couple of years old and I don't think I have an MRI of this mess I call my spine so will have to line those up. Thank you for the instructions to get these things to you, I've screen shot and saved those for my future reference!

Phenomenal video Dr. Donnally!! Thanks for sharing this. I too have scoliosis and spinal stenosis. The next step is surgery. Getting the pretests done.

I have almost similar issues. In extreme pain for the last 12 years. Sadly I can't afford to pay for private treatments and government hospital can't do the surgery. Anyone can help please do. Don't put money in my hand just pay this hospital to do the surgery. My aim is to be able to walk and pick my granddaughter up, also to be pain free.

I wish you could do mine. I am only 40 years old and have narrowing of L4 and L5-S1 with Arthritis/ DDD. Pain going down both legs its hard to walk. So when people are watching this video trust me when it's saying severe pain shooting down both legs it's no lie. However, I really appreciate the video you made it was clear on visuals as well as information. 😊

    Great video Dr!
Patient seems young, yet a good candidate for a healthy recovery-
issue looks to stems from trauma of some sorts 🤔
I had this exact procedures on L5/S1. 2019
    Helped out tremendously..
Levels above and below the fusion are next is what my Dr said.. oh what joy😤
He also practices in TX, as well
I also have accentuated thoracic kyphosis.
From my personal experience, this procedure demonstrated in the video helps eliminate the “slipping” of the two vertebrates along with relief from nerve discomfort & pain👍🏻
An FYI, Chiropractors will only provide temp relief to a permanent problem.

As a mid 40's yr old with Spondylosis, spinal stenosis at L4 & L5, and stenosis with disc herniation L5 & S1. Would you suggest in general if a artificial disc would help or fusion?
Also, one surgeon has already said a L4 / L5 fusion would be my next step. However I asked if he did perform this fusion, why not do L4 to S1 since the L5 / S1 was is bad shape and I was looking at another surgery down the road due to adjacent disc disease issues? He said that he could only do the L4 / L5... why have to go through another surgery when you can get in front of it?
    Your thoughts would greatly appreciated.

I recently had a CT done and it stated degenerative change in
the spine with multilevel foraminal and spinal canal stenosis. How concerning is this and does it usually require surgery? I’m having difficulty walking with sharp pain and thigh numbness down the legs mostly the left.

I am a 22 f with spinal stenosis and 2 bulging discs and I start pt this week but I’ve been in pain for over 2 months and now both my legs are starting to numb and my doctor is taking his time. Do you take any kind of medicade because I want a second opinion. I’ve tried anti inflammatory, steroids and multiple pain meds. The one I’m on now isn’t lasting as long as it did in the beginning.
