Wow he’s doing what all spine Drs should do for patients

You have explained better than 8 orthopaedic surgeons I have seen in the UK.
👍
Doc, I made myself a chart to summarize the data on my MRI report, for the six levels and eight issues discussed in the report. Oh my gosh, it helps! I will send you a screenshot of the chart, without my data, if you want, if you tell me how.

I still have chronic horrible back pain for about 17yrs now it’s getting to where I feel like vomiting after a hard days work.
Yuck sorry
Wow this helps me. My spine is a mess after being hit by an uninsured illegal alien.

@@DonnallySpineConsult Oh God - where do I start? I lost my career, and everything else. 5 of my lower disks were crushed and torn, and have since degenerated. I'm in severe pain every day of my life, my legs burn like they're on fire. My last fusion made the pain much worse. I gave up on medical help when I was molested on the exam table by my doctor and his nurse.
I'm going to re-watch your video tomorrow and go over my MRI again and try to understand my damaged anatomy.
I believe the only thing that can help me now is to loosen and strengthen the muscles that affect my back and knees. I've made some progress in this area and hope to improve some more.
Can you please comment on the TOPS system for a case of spinal stenosis with two levels of anterolisthesis? Is it an alternative to an L2-5 laminectomy with rods and screws? I am 74, I am convinced it will break down above and below the laminectomy.
It’s for 1 level. Also I’m not a huge fan of it yet
What if you have all the symptoms of cervical myelopathy; I've had xrays that clearly show bones spurs and arthritis; then I have neck pain; numb hand; heart palpitations; even hot flashes (red face); and getting weak arms and legs recently too; BUT I went to a neurologist and they did 3 mris on my neck and above; and yet the neurologist didn't find anything that explains my horrible symptoms......its so frustrating.....because my physical therapist, who admitted he is not even trained to read an mri showed me a pretty good pinch by one of my bone spurs in the spinal column....how much narrowing is necessary before there is a major problem that needs correcting....my neck pain and symptoms are awful and getting worse....but apparently the pics dont explain them.....I've read about cases where they miss the right diagnosis....is that common? One thing too is my symptoms are greatly effected by weather changes.....my symptoms get awful when the weather changes etc....I'll be honest; not all neurologists are created equal.....I can tell you know ten times more than my last neurologist....thats scary but reality
Thanks for the share; look forward to hearing mofe

Awesome
Thanks! Took forever to edit
Brilliant - Personally any cord compression must be treated surgically as its a Structural problem and any time the patient can loose their ability to walk
