- Here’s a 10 min pilates stretching routine to help you grow taller! These exercises will help improve your posture which will naturally add a couple inches to your height! hello, i'm starting this one today 22th november!
i'm a 15 year old female, 160 cm.
goal: 175 cm
day 1: ✅ felt the stretch in my back!
day 2: ✅ today i used my fitness tracker mi band and discovered that during this pilates workout i burn up to 70 calories!
day 3: ✅ i can't do the wheel pose normally:( also i started drinking milk(even though i am not a fan) and vitamin D
day 4: ✅ I like that I discipline myself, usually I quit workout routines after 1-2 days
day 5: ✅
day 6: ✅ uhhh i'm tired
day 7: ✅ i've been doing this almost for a week, i'm not planning to measure yet, but i feel way more flexible
day 8: ✅

day 10: ✅ my period started today, but the bleeding is not that intense on the first day and it does not hurt a lot anyway, so i did it, i can't promise that i will be able to do it on the next few days, but i will try :)
day 11: ✅ yeah i'm proud of myself because i've done this even though i wasn't in a mood for it. i haven't done the last three poses because i've read that they aren't recommended during periods.
day 12: ✅ yesterday's night i measured myself and it turned out that i am surely 161 cm!! i know it's not s lot, but it's at least something, and i am going to continue doing this workout!

after a month of working out + jumping up 100x a day + listening to grow taller subliminals my dad measured me and my height is still 160 cm... i am kinda sad because i tried my best and felt way taller but the actual height did not increase at all...maybe my body just got used to this workout... i think that from tommorow i'm gonna quit doing this workout. i downloaded an app with exercise so perhaps i am going to do them instead. also i read that hanging on the horizontal bar may help because it stretches the spine, but i have nothing i can hang on in my flat and i live in a northern country so it's too cold to do exercise on outdoor sports grounds🤷🏼♀️ i'm actually not sure what i am going to do next. if you have any questions, you can ask.

Yes I do find so changes after doing this streching it's help me to fix my posture and about getting taller I think I grow taller then befor not so much but yes I do see changes and if you want a long result or permanent result you need to do this kind of exercise a lot atleast twice a day.

So, I am going to start this exercise from tomorrow I will update you guys every day. But before that you need to believe in yourself and mish choi because she is a great person I love her all videos I believe in her and these pilates tooooo......
First day: 156 cm (I really wanna grow taller 😔)
Day 1: it was really tiring. I was really tired after doing this. But I felt a good stretch it means that I am doing all the postures correctly. I am really exited to measure my height next week.
Day 2: it was not as tiring as yesterday. But I felt a good stretch.
With these pilates I am also doing a diet too. Not a strict diet, I just included more vegetables and fruits and no to all the fast food, sweets and specially I will try to eat less salt. So, if you are working out with me then all the best, I am sure we will get the desired results....
Day 3: Today I really enjoyed this workout. I am not tired. Yesterday I went to a party thats why I had to eat fast food, but after this workout I am not feeling bloated. This is an excellent workout. But I will try not to eat fast food. But I can't control over myself 😅. No problem, I will do this pilates everyday and will pray for the best.
Day 4: DONE!!! Now, I am in love with this workout. Reminder, drink more water....
Day 5: I got up late today, so I did this in the evening and now I am fully charged. Another tip I wanna share with you guys is that I hear subliminals also. So, u must listen to it that's really great
Day 6: these pilates have became so easy for me. But today I sweat a lot and enjoyed too. I am really excited to measure my height tomorrow....

I was not able to do the plow pose. I felt like it will break my neck😅. Did you felt the same or I am just doing it wrong?
@@sangeetachoudhary443 yeah its a bit difficult in the starting 😅. But if u do it wrong it will harm you. First of all make 90 degree angle with your legs and then lift your hips up and then slowly try to reach the floor with your legs. It will hurt you but it's an excellent pose, it can make your skin glowing and it's one of the best yoga pose for hair. Hope you enjoy your routine 😇

Day 1: ✅ it was hard since I'm not at all flexible and hands are so weak also the last pose which was wheel pose I modified it as I wasn't able to hold it for long, I did it for 10 secs and then for rest 20 secs I did the cobra strech
Day 2: ✅ today I wasn't able to wake up early so I did it after coming back from school, it was better than before and I did sweat a bit but overall my body felt really good and streched
Day 3:✅ I did it in morning but was getting late for school so I forgot to update
Okay so I'm updating after a really long time and alot of things happened, I was so under the pressure of studies and got overwhelmed hence lost all my motivation and time to continue streching but now my exams are over and i finally decided to be my first priority and put myself to consideration. So, I will again start this routine every day from day 1 and try to update as much as I can because I usually forget things 😅
But in this 2 months I grew 1cm so I'm 157cm now

Before this summer i was 149 and a half, then i grew to 150cm and during the summer i did your workouts and now im 154 and a half
My height before doing this I think was 4’8 ft or 4’9 ft and I been doing this like for 5 or 4 weeks in the morning and today that I measure I grew like 2 inches now I measure like 4’11 ft and I am really happy, I did this in the morning everyday and another different with this one I think that both of this stretches help me to grow more taller 😊 I am really happy thank you so much ❤❤❤.

Day 1: I skipped some since it gives me cramps. I will take it slowly!
Day 2: Skipped a few days because I went to vacation. Only 2 exercises were not done because of cramps

Hello I'm 14 yrs and 5 months old and my height is 153cm. My height goal is 172cm. I know that's so much but I'll try.
Day 1: Done not much effect as I'm adapted to these type of excersise I don't know if it work.

guys i want to tell yall that these stretches will NOT elongate your bones which is the main factor of ur height. it will only help your ligaments stretch out. gravity makes u smaller because these ligaments get compressed. notice how astronauts grow inches taller in space? thats because there isnt any gravity pushing them down, compressing their ligaments. so dont be discouragd. keep stretching, so that ur ligaments r always pulled out. thats is also a good thing so that ur body is more flexible and more able to be fluid in movement. yall got this!!
