- Bill Haley was an American rock and roll musician (1925 - 1981). For many he has been the first who popularized rock and roll music in the early 1950s and million-selling hits such as "Rock Around the Clock", "See You Later, Alligator", "Shake, Rattle and Roll".
Spotlight was a music show for the youth, which was aired between 1968 and 1978 by the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF). It was the counterpart to the shows "Beat Club" or "Musikladen" in Germany. - Hudba
More than 20 years from their beginning and still was rocking great.
As a teen in the mid 50s I played drums and was into swing and jazz never caring for 90% of the rock and roll artists. Billy Haley was so different as most of his numbers had a swinging shuffle beat and his musicians actually played some jazz licks. My late Bride and I won prizes jiving to Rock Around the Clock. I never tire of this fab group.

@Oddjob6120 I realized this. They are not as tight as the guys in the 50s. The lead guitarist though not bad is not as exciting as Fran Beecher or Danny Cedrone
