Story 1 - I've worked quite a few places where management believed only smokers need breaks either because THEY smoked and wanted to take extra time to go smoke OR because they were looking for a way to deny non-smokers their breaks. This manager sounds like the latter of those.

So the "Landlord" and his wife thought they could get paid in free rent money, but he'd NEVER did ANYTHING to repair or fix the problems that NEEDED to be repaired or fixed!

Dude could've sued in story 1. He had evidence the manager discriminated on a basis that wasn't rooted in performance. Illegal in all 50 states and a violation of Title IX I believe.
He had evidence that the manager discriminated but he didn’t really have evidence that that’s why he was fired, the reasoning for OP being fired was pretty sound, but you could always say that the discrimination was demotivating or something
@Vulxnyrie could very easily use the quantity expectations being enforced as a result of discrimination. Though i don't believe "smoking" is a protected class which is something the main comment didn't consider.

He uploads or rather records these over a week in advance and then edits them, and he also has a few on ice so to speak in case he can’t record videos for a few days so that he can go on vacation or a trip or whatever. So whenever he doesn’t upload, it is instant concern for him and his family I mean also, this is his job, so if he is in at his job, so does speak that’s also distressing because he supports his family with this. Are slash you may never see this, but I hope you know that if anything ever happened you have hundreds of thousands of people that will be there instantly to support you and your family

Story 1: weird choice to say 52 weeks instead of just saying one year. Doesn't change that he definitely sounds like he was given an unrealistic goal but an odd choice nonetheless. That said, his revenge was perfect.
The only way that the first story could get any better is if it also included a wrongful termination suit. I don't know if that could be a thing but that would make it funnier.
