    Спасибо, что вы были, спасибо что вы есть!
    Мотивация для многих, ориентир для поколений 80-90-х гг.
    Не все ваши фанаты стали чемпионами, но многие, глядя на вас, смогли стать более дисциплинированными, правильными, здоровыми, смогли побороть кризисы, неудачи, разочарования, смогли поверить в себя, в свои силы, свои возможности.
    И дело даже не в наборе мышц, не в самолюбовании и абмициозности.
    Дело в дисциплине, воле и постановке целей, дело в воспитании характера - "Хочешь изменить мир - измени себя"...

    They were the pioneers of there Era, l particularly liked Tom Platz and his training Ethics he inspired many guys from the 90s to take it beyond failure "There is always one more Rep"

    The guys were bodybuilding artists. They posed dancing, they had style. Atmosphere was favorable.
    Currently, most bodybuilders pose the basics and lack charisma (as if they were required to be there)

    • @jakeragsdale
      @jakeragsdale Před rokem +1

      Spot on, zero personality/charisma in general. The old school guys were on the vanguard, they weren’t doing it for social media clout. They were titans, blue collar, tough. They had balls and made it entertaining. For example, Big Ramy’s routine at the Olympia was so weak, pathetic. He built 300lbs of muscle and he has some half baked performance? I think a lot of guys are overrated…too much dependence on gear.

    I still to this day train like the old-school bodybuilders I love their type of physique they weren't so focused on getting so big as it is in this generation. back then it was all about the condition it was about the flow of their body they posed like a moving statue with great symmetry with their physique. it was a masterpiece. as of today it's not a masterpiece it's just mass on top of mass they are just monsters lol its not pretty to watch but it's hard not to watch these monsters in bodybuilding today lol

      It was critical to look good from any angle and aesthetics were everything. That’s the problem with gaining too much mass, it’s easier to lose those qualities. Classic is a good start. That being said, I still think DY is the greatest of all time; his physique transformation was insane, and still had better conditioning than any of the top open pros today

      Natural? Steroids were legal back then and every bodybuilder I trained with was on them. It wasn't a big deal back then it was the norm.

      At that time? Lol, nothing was natural. EVERYONE used steroids. This video's just showing guys all roided up. Yes, they hit the gym and did their routines, but all the chems they shot up 110% made them what they were.

      @@dannykuang9433 incorrect my man. I have seen hundreds of people shoot up and train hard and they just don't grow like that. It's called genetics. One without the other won't work you need both on top of thatu ou need hard worker dedication. @@flextefitness4954 you sound like the type to support Liver King and his “natty” life style. How wonderful people bought into his lies making him 100 mill a year while he’s tanking down 11k+ worth of “roids” monthly to get and maintain his body.
      Blah blah, genetics help but combined with roids you’re a sculpted god. I work out a lot, and I’ve been doing so since I was 18. I’m 43 now and still bench a 225-245 for 8-10 reps for 3-4 sets, that’s after all the warm up plates starting from 1 plate with 10-25lb plates added each set till I hit my self set cap, to avoid injuries again. I don’t really drink, only eat, sleep, and live a normal life style without roids. I have no desire to look like an Olympic god, just stay healthy and strong. That and I’m an artist so I pride myself in looking “fit” and not hurting my arms and back in anyway so I can sit for hours drawing.
      It’s easy to call bullshit and talk shit on the internet so yeah man, good on you, but trust me child I know what hard work is and am not stupid enough to trust anyone looking like these guys and say “natty!” Again, refer to Liver King.
