#GeneticFreak #Physique #NotLikeTheRest - Sport
We are all built differently. Who had the best genetics in the game of bodybuilding in your opinion? ⚡
Best genetics - Ronnie Coleman
God genetics- Chris bumstead.
Definetly flex Wheeler no doubt
Arnold
Sergio
Kevin Levrone hands down. no one else could train for the Olympia in 4 months. Other genetic freaks - Ronnie Coleman, Flex Wheeler, Lee Priest, Paul Dillett , Phil Heath and Sergio Oliva
Dillett was probably the most unique physique ever. He was over 6ft tall with big calves on top of having the most unique vein placement. Just a true freak, no one ever looked like him.
True.......
You know shits real when u need to pop out a calculator to know the weights
He was liftin a car in weight
@Ryan Lewis it was 2300 pounds i think so or 1043kg
It ended up costing him the ability to walk..
@@progressivelibertarianview8832 but also gave him 8 mister olympia titles
@@boringeditor5250 He had back problems before he began lifting as well. It may not have been the lifting that affected him.
No one beats Ronnie. I trained at Metroflex when Ronnie was in his prime and he was like an alien, no one on earth looked like that. There times during winter where you could see his veins through a sweat shirt.
man what a site that would of been holy shit man
Holy shit 😳
You are blessed to witness the legend workout.. holly cow..
Flex was very impressive also at that time before his wreck. That stage during the late 80s thru 90s had one he'll of a line up.And Phil Heath oh ya and still going strong. The guys on stage now go for just being big not symmetrical.Proof?look at their huge bellys.Paul Dilettante was a monster and still had that small waist which also is why they looked as symmetrical as they could.
@@brianjones4751 I can second that Paul D was an absolute monster huge huge monster with small waists he actully talks about it in one of this vids to!
Paul Dillet's Crucifix pose was just perfect. Huge arms, V taper, small waist and proportioned legs. Just imagine He had Arnold's posing skills.
Amazing
look at him @9:11 near Flex shaking like a leaf, that was his huge weakness in posing
..... and a long PENXX .......
He doesn't have back so Arnold's posing skill won't help + he has scoliosis. Every other thing was on point though
Sergio Olivia and Paul Dilett are the two most genetically gifted bodybuilders of all time.
I agree with Lee priest and Phil imo
Who’s the most gifted genetically tho?
@@VeeTaperTemplar flex wheeler
Asthma hampered Dillette's posing so can't say he was one of the most genetically gifted bc he couldn't fully or properly display his physique. And having asthma is a genetic disadvantage
Samir Bannout
Sergio had that physique eating junk food and in the 60s.. that's god given genetics right there
@samraiz shoaib some people need to focus more on diet and workout than others the slower metabolism the more you need to focus on healthy food and the amount of hours you exercise per week
@Chris Dean yes, still. give anyone today the amount of drugs he took and that diet, no one would get to that size. Arguably ronnie coleman, who also had outstanding genetics
@samraiz shoaib 2h in the gym is a lot. Yates trained an hour a day, four times a week (and is obviously larger and better conditioned than Sergio). Also, I don't think anyone here is gonna argue that Yates didn't train hard.
You don't need to spend three, four hours at the gym. Ofc we only figured out that later, back in the day people were spending three hours in the gym, so i can only imagine them losing their shit over Olivia being that size with "only" two hours.
maybe those two hours were good for someone with a "sub optimal" diet and is what allowed him to have that conditioning.
Also, yes, his "gym ethics" weren't nothing special, but they still were phenomenal, as they have to be for most bodybuilders. What I am saying is he had average work ethics compared to most bodybuilders, but was outstanding compared to your average joe.
@Blvck Scvle naive af comment
Sergio definitely had very bad form during his biceps training from every video I've seen of him. Swinging excessively and going super fast is definitely a way to tear the muscle. I cringe just watching him.....but I did always like the guy and his physique. But damn learn to train correctly..
To me Paul dillet was the monster from other planet with insane huge upper body compounded by smallest waist 💪
Ronnie coleman is a elite BODYBUILDER. The man is beyond a human , he's a BEAST.
Yes!
4:28 insane triceps & arms🔥
Nachke dikhana padega fir
6:33 dude in the background waiting for his camera time on the tricep pressdown lol
😂
Who is that bodybuilder btw ? Do u know his name ?
glad kevin levrone was in here, people sleep on him as one of the most genetically gifted of all time
Right, only 3 months of training a year
Insane genetics!!
Kevin had the best delts of all time. Nobody had better shoulders than Kevin
What Kevin could do in a few months, no one else could ever do. That’s his one of a kind attribute. Lee has the crazy forearms and biceps and triceps. Flex has the symmetry and completeness and aesthetics, Coleman had the mass, strength and conditioning with crazy hard work ethic, and Joel Stubbs clearly had the craziest back ever. At least lats. I think Brian Buchanan is the most underrated considering he had like a 24 inch waist and had enormous lats and enormous aesthetic arms. Dude looked like an unachievable structures/physique combos. And let’s not forget Phill in 2011…he had it all and was probably second to Ronnie in 03.
Ldh
For me Sergio and Flex were natural masterpieces carved from marble...perfect mass, symmetry, striations.
Aaron Baker is such a great bodybuilder. During his competing days he had it all, large thick muscles, great proportions, flawless posing. He deserves a whole video. As always great job creating such quality bodybuilding videos nicvision👍
Brian Buchanan at 9:50 - 10:47 had a truly stunning physique and had the craziest taper ever.
Flex wheeler was always one of my favorites. Brought back classic physique when everyone was starting to look like turtles
He wasn't called the 'sultan of symmetry' for nothing! Best physique hands down in my books.
ronnie coleman is one in a billion genetics. No one looked like him on earth in his prime.
Paul dillet would be my choice if only he had Dorian's mindset and could control his body in the posing I think he could have had it all .
He had an Illness thats why he could even hold his poses
@@jannikfischer8659 severe asthma, shortness of breathe wheezing etc
Treated with bronchodilators such as clennbuterol & albuterol which deplete potassium causing cramping
@@jannikfischer8659 yes he did have an illness plus he had really bad pain in shoulders and knees from his football days.
@@kalakuta.tuidemal5616 His legs were very well balanced and the guy couldn't train his back properly because of his illeness.
Facts
Sergio Oliva The Best Genetics Ever.
BULLSHIT,not freak at all
@@yuyutata9871 - Your kidding right? Everyone admits Sergio has the top genetics.
What about Flex?
@@strafniki1080 that genetic freak, Sultan of symmetry
One of the*
I remember watching Paul Dillet faint on stage. Pushed it as far as possible. And live. One of the greatest Mass monsters. Ever.
When Ronnie Coleman says you look like a superhero, that’s pretty impressive.
Ronnie is a goat ,no one can beat him
No man,he's a dog
@@niggaBaum ur mom
Hey man not to offend you but it should be “the goat” 👍
100% Steroids.
Nobody’s saying ronnie is natty stop with the whiny attitude. 😒
Ronnie the goat even if u came close nobody was pushing that weight in any exercise for REPS A TRUE FREAK
No he's not
Great bodybuilder for sure but look at him now! It’s just sad!
Ronnie was and will be the absolute freak of nature, he will never be repeated…
sure? look markus rühl!
Gunther made him look small tho.
Big Ramy is close
Farrrrrrk YES Nicandro you are a genius! Great addition to your godlike motivation library!
Thankyou.
Love the shout out for Aaron. Massively underrated and overlooked
@weeba2kv pity you pal.....
That's true.
I think Wheeler Paul had the most gifted genetics, but Ronnie and Yates out worked out smarted and out determined them !!
10:13 seriously, that is only of the best double biceps I've ever seen.. I can't believe I've never seen him before wtf..
Aaron Baker - he's never been my fav bb, but I can remember a time in the 90 when I bought M&F with his pics - in one picture his shoulders looked insane! Back then in my country BB magazines were extremely expensive and considering the fact I was still at school, that was a sacrifice!
The Myth, Sergio Oliva without a doubt, that guy was builted like a greek god
Ronnie saying - Light weights Baby 😂😂
Aaj pata chala hai kuch logo ko.jab vo budhha ho gaya hai.
Those light weights giving him heavy pain today😐
Ronnie living in other world, moster city
I used to laugh at these muscle freaks, but it's just determination personified. Like seeing Mount Rushmore, "fuck yeah, man built that!"
Ronnie is the best and I truly wish him all healing he needs and us all as well.
Please keep going Ronnie and always seek a cure from heaven and many blessings.
From Robert in Leicester City UK.
Huge guys, hard work... But Ronnie...just another level
The Bubble Gut level lol
I feel like a lot of the bodybuilders in the conversation of best genetics aren’t usually the Mr. Olympias. Which I find interesting.
Genetics plus more work/dedication...thts The King
I find it very interesting as well
to be fair, nearly half of these dudes debuted under Dorian and competed directly against Ronnie, also listed. it's like highlander, there can only be one. and Vic as i understand was never really interested in the olympia.
Markus, Gunther, Flex, Jay, Ronnie, Paul and Nassar all deserved at least one Olympia. We are never going to see those physics again😢
pure emotion now , listened to this the first day I hit the gym 2 years ago now I am a beast 😂🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I have a similar story. Was 287 pounds 6”0 tall 35-40% bodyfat now I’m 12-14% and 205 lbs
@@lincolnls050505 205 at 12-14% is impressive man

Sergio oliva the myth
Is the most gifted genetic bodybuilder ever💪🏾
Behind Ronnie he was number 2 Coleman #1
True, seeing someone like Sergio in 1960s, people think he's from another Planet!
i dont get what is so special about sergios genetics?
@@alfredodulli8098 man, extremely thin waist, enormous back and shoulders, 24 inch arms, legs wider than his waist, all of that without the proper training or diet, he was from another universe
@@MABMonge 24 inch arms? You sure? That would mean his arms were as big as those of Levrone, Cutler and nearly ronnie
this'll now fuel a third of my workout in one go. awesome work nicandro!
Every person: defenitly one of the greatest bodybuilder
Love you Ronnie. You are a machine it will take more then greatness to beat you!!!!
The King Ronnie 🔥🔥
Bro you made my day!!! This video is epic!!! Great great work!!!
Thanks good to hear
Great video! Nice to see Matt Mendenhall in the video as Lee Haney was right, some of the best genetics and no weak body parts if only Matt had a driven mindset like a Dorian Yates and he would have won his Pro Card and probably could have given Lee Haney a run for the money on the Olympia stage. Matt was truly the most genetically gifted bodybuilder to not utilize his full potential. Although I respectfully believe you should have included Dennis "Super Human" Newman. If Matt Mendenhall was the living real life He-man, Dennis was the live version of Superman! One of the youngest to win his pro card as a heavyweight, and one of the fastest rising star in bodybuilding before he even won his pro card. Dennis was blessed with good looks, size, shape and an aesthetic symmetrical physique but before he could compete in his first pro show he was diagnosed with leukemia and he was never able to really get back into competition like before. So tragic. Anyways, keep these inspiring videos coming and we'll keep watching. All the best to you and your family and hoping much success to your channel!
Craig Monson deserves an honorable mention not only was he very muscular but his bone structure itself was just bigger than majority of these guys, he really was a big guy
*FACTS* pc POLITICS keeps ppl from mentioning him because of his gang origin and penitentiary stints back in the day. However he invented mass monster-ISM Singlehandedly. He literally lost many shows because judges called him *too big* ironically a freak show that would place number 1 today.
I am a big fan of early classic physiques. That Golden era was beautiful.
Perfect body…
1:28 pure perfection !
Pure God... Real men worthy of being worshipped and adored, admired and respected, obeyed and given all that they want and desire..
Richard Jones is up there for me. When he won his pro card, he was physical perfection.
They are all truly amazing but for me Ronnie is above all. And never forget Marcus Ruhl.
10:03 That has to be the best pose I've ever seen
I watch all your videos and this is by far your greatest master piece!
Freakin amazing video love it❤💯
Robbie Robinson was the most gifted Body builder ever.
It's amazing how well these guys responded to gear. Some of them, it was like night and day.
most of them also had the perfect insertion genetics to begin with, couple that with the best response to drugs and super hard work and you get these guys, if i'd take their stack and work like them i would be bigger for sure but i wont look close to that probably
Thank you for this post while all others celebrate the genetics of these guys. No question they are gifted from nature but the huge amount of GH and all the other gear should be mentioned clearly
Where is the Daddy of Monster.......???
Markus Ruhl.....❤️❤️❤️
His genetics were not *good* just like Craig Kovacs. They were simply monstrous with limited awkward looking structure. No fluidity to the frame or any dexterity.
@@Rondondemarco ohh tq
One of the best video in bodybuilding I have ever seen. Very unique video.
Flex "The Sultan Of Symmetry" Wheeler 💪👑
LEE PRIEST....MOST UNDERRATED BODY
BUILDER IN THE LAST 30 YEARS
Yes but to short😅
Him and Shawn ray both!
Paul dillet is just unstoppable 🔥🔥 he has the best genetic in my opinion . His shoulder and waist were flawless
But not good back tho
Man the Victor Richards part is just awesome!!!
Nicandro this was an awesome video. 👏🏻✨😎💪🏻A trip through time of the most beautiful, unique, aesthetic physiques of each era. There was no "ONE guy", each period was just totally insane with bringing something the previous didn't . We are all blessed to see and be inspired by these Gods of Iron. 💪🏻🏆📽️
That guy at @8:00 has the sickest tricep muscle i have ever seen. That transformation is literally ridiculous, huge ass arms
Kevin Levrone, agreed he has the best triceps ever.
Big ramy deserved more time! Dude is fucking ridiculous! Always been my favorite but I’m fairly new to this
10:18 Damn, I didn't know Eddie Murphy was build that big.
😂😂😂😂😂
The best of the best NUFF SAID!
Charles glass is the guru of bodybuilding. Almost every pro bodybuilder in the 90’s went to him. Ronnie Coleman competed at 220 then he went to see Charles glass and he became a beast. This video had Charles glass with Paul dillet.
Biceps got an instant pump bro, gonna go train harder 🔥💪✅
💪
When it comes to true muscle definition and the line's from inside....pound for pound.... Lee Priest .. Paul D. and Ronnie Coleman truly huge
Victor Richards is whole another level💥💥
Paul dillet without a doubt!
He got that wide freaking shoulders, and the tiniest waist on stage...
He got the shoulders twice as wide as the measurement of the waist! What a Freakenstein..
Holy shit, Orville Burke sighting! I remember when he first hit the muscle mags. I thought he was gonna take over. Nobody is a sure thing I suppose.
God level Gifted Genetic Giants🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
physique genius. sculpted by well planned and followed with a full intention To be the best
PAUL DILLET… the biggest most genetically gifted bodybuilder to live.
I thought Victor Richard's was a very geneticly gifted one as well
That's not genetics, it's epigenetics look it up
THE BEST EVER GREAT MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO 😍 ESPECTACULAR 💪💪💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
LEGENDARY
Great video!
I ain't never seen anyone with Phil Heath's genetics. That full 3d look while being completely shredded.
Brian Buchanan had the best V taper look Bodybuilding industry will ever see 🔥🔥🔥 . Broad shoulders , big arms and legs , wide chest and most importantly small waist with ripped abs ....woah my god 🙏 and no one can beat Pual on size 💪🏼🦵🏼 .

Don't forget the cousin steroids
It's a great PLEASURE to watch LEGENDS OF THE PAST AND AS THEY SET AN EXAMPLE FOR OUR GENERATION HATS...OFF TO THEM......WE MAKE IT COUNT
In my opinion Paul Demayo is one of the most underrated bodybuilders. The guy had one of the best quads, period. Sad his mental state didn't follow his class physique
Most insane mass and my God the definition crazy, it's amazing world these guys chose, I meet Lee Priest in Port Macquarie and gave us a show, WOW
One of the biggest arms in bodybuilding was the arms of Lee priest
I agree to me Lee Priest has excellent genetics he's the only bodybuilder I've seen that had an 8-pack
And he still looks massive.
@@odellgrimes1375 Los únicos brazos que he visto equiparables a los de Lee Priest son los de Phil Heath, brazos llenos por donde los mires los de ellos dos
