    it is dangerous to do kapalbati as suggested in this video. A good yoga teacher won't recommend more than 20 exhalation per set, max 3 sets per day

    Never do intense kapalvati... Your body needs balance between oxygen and co2 ,if anything goes out of balance because of intense breathing then you may end up with brain stroke
