As you disabled your comments on video "Cat poop and Cow urine" and not deleted the video shamelessly, let me comment here.
The brain is very intelligent, even if the people using it are not. The brain knows very well what is good for it and what is not good, and brain tries to retain anything good and wants to discard bad stuff as soon as possible, that's why you pee and poop because that's discarded as waste as no/negligible nutrition is left in it. Same logic applies to any living being, be it human or cow. Cow is very different than human but some things are same, like brain and discarding mechanism, so it's common sense that cow urine is useless and even harmful for us. If your have fetish of drinking urine, drink your own urine rather than drinking cow urine, as it's easier to obtain and maybe cheaper.
Shame on you. STOP YOUR PROPAGANDA

The greatest son of Kerala is Adi Sankaracharya who was born in 2000 BC at Kaladi.
He was a 12 strand DNA seer with raised Kundalini , the world’s greatest and original philosopher, intellectual , scholar and poet.
He mastered the Vedas written in 5000 BC, at the tender age of five.
The white Christian invader pushed this great man back in history by an astounding 2800 years, so that his philosophy could be stolen and attributed to the West as a measure of blatant racism-to
Shankara’s philosophy is now patented in the names of ancient Greek philosophers and the modern European philosophers.
They will never write anywhere that both Plato and Pythagoras were students in India.
They made cock and bull stories, and had it legitimized by the opportunistic and servile Tamilian Indian Brahmins.
4000 years ago when the white man was clubbing down animals and eating raw meat, and doing grunt grunt for language in damp caves , Adi Shankaracharua pondered about the source, nature, foundation, scope, validity and limits of human knowledge.
He was the first metaphysicist. Metaphysics means “what comes after physics”. Its object is to determine the real nature of things-to determine the meaning, structure, and principles of whatever is insofar as it is-- with reality as a whole.
It is a call to recognize the existence and overwhelming importance of a set of higher realities that ordinary men could not deduce. Metaphysics is the science of ultimate reality , as opposed to appearance or the contrast between appearance and reality .
A cloud appears to consist of some white, fleecy substance, although in reality it is a concentration of drops of water. Scientific theories can be brought to the test of experience, whereas metaphysical theories cannot.
Metaphysician is a sort of super scientist, unlimited in his curiosity and gifted with a capacity for putting together other people's findings with a skill and imagination that none of them individually commands. He can refute by debate, through a method for systematic evaluation of definitions.
Indian philosophy is distinctive in its application of analytical rigour to metaphysical problems and goes into very precise detail about the nature of reality, the structure and function of the human psyche and how the relationship between the two have important implications for human salvation (moksha).
Maharishis centered philosophy on an assumption that there is a unitary underlying order in the universe which is all pervasive and omniscient. The efforts by various schools were concentrated on explaining this order and the metaphysical entity at its source (Brahman).
The concept of natural law (Dharma) provided a basis for understanding questions of how life on earth should be lived. The sages urged humans to discern this order and to live their lives in accordance with it.
If you close your eyes for a moment and try to focus your attention on your inner self, it will seem easy at first. You will be immediately aware of feelings, hopes, thoughts, desires, fears, and a general sense of yourself.
This is the inner you, right?
      Wrong!
According to Advaita , if you are aware of something, it isn't really you.
The real you (the atman) is the part that's aware. It's not anything of which you are aware. According to Advaita , it can't be the real you. The real you is the part that is aware, not anything that you're aware of.
This kind of examination is called viveka (discrimination) in Sanskrit. It is a main component of the traditional method of Jñana Yoga.
Pramāna, means correct knowledge, arrived at by thorough reasoning, of any object.
In Advaita Vedānta , the following pramāṇas are accepted:
Pratyakṣa (perception), the knowledge gained by means of the senses. That which is immediately perceived to be so; This knowledge can be corrected, e.g. if one perceives a piece of rope to be a snake.
Dialectic, in advaita philosophy, is a method of investigating the nature of truth by the criticism of initial concepts and hypotheses.
The ancient Indian Vedic dialectic is based on a dialogue between two or more people who may hold differing views, yet wish to pursue truth by seeking agreement with one another.
The meaning of the term experience is generally limited to the impressions and sensations received by the senses. Thus, knowledge is the information apprehended by the five sense modalities- hearing, seeing, touching, tasting, and smelling. Such knowledge is always about matters of fact, about what one can see, touch, hear, taste, or smell.
The word ‘advait,’ in Sanskrit means ‘non-duality.’
'Aham brahmAsmi' - I am the totality.
Adi Shankaracharya set out its basic elements. Part of his philosophy is also concerned with the actual details of spiritual practice and guidance through the guru-student relationship. Consequently, spiritual instruction and the interpretation of authentic teachings (such as the Upanishads) have been core activities for every Advaitic philosopher and teacher since Shankara.
In appreciation of complexity of the Sanatana Dharama philosophy, T S Eliot wrote that the great philosophers of India "make most of the great European philosophers look like schoolboys “

But they don't understand that Madhvacharya also said that if a jivatman, even by accident, just for once, says the "Hari-Nama", he will be taken out from "Naraka", but such type of concept is not in the Abrahamic Religions itself. For some religious devotees, they go to extreme thoughts and even violence to protect their god/guru. They cannot tolerate if someone say something against their god/guru.
The most important thing a person can do in his life is to live a pure life (without any evil thoughts and actions) with a pure mind and actions that do not cause intentional harm to anyone including the smallest living being. Instead have compassion and joyfulness towards all living beings without any condition. Such a person is called a holy man/woman.
Rest of the goose bumps and protection of their god/guru are temporaray drama the devotee gets in to without understanding the relative reality he is living in.
Note: Not to hurt anayone and I am not such a holy man. Expecting few critisizing comments 😅

This becomes more and more powerful and deeper as you practice. For most people nowadays, they may require months to notice a slight improvement, but that's how it is, this requires patience and effort to get results. I think it's good to clear this up, so as to avoid people saying mantras don't work. You have to be patient and put in the work. Someone that can notice the subtleties and get in a meditative state in 3 minutes is because they did some work already, let's please clear this up. Most people require change of eating habits, sleeping habits, and lots of practice.

As I have read Adi Shankaracharya traveled from the North part of Kashmir to Kedarnath to Badrinath and then went back to Kedarnath. He established temples at all these places. Finally, he merged with Shiva Shakti in Kedarnath (some people show the place (a cave) where he went to penance and never came out or disappeared in Mount Kailash. He did not survive beyond 32 years as he spent too many days/months/years in such a cold environment (sub-zero temperature). It is a great video!

If I am not mistaken, Adi Shankaracharya recited the Nirvana Shatakam when he first met his Guru Govinda Bhagavatpada, and not when "someone" asked him who he was.
The young lad who had renounced home and walked thousands of kilometers in search of his Guru, met Govinda Bhagavatpada for the first time at his cave near the famous Omkareshwar Temple on the banks of the Narmada. The old Guru saw this bright young lad waiting patiently before him, and asked him "Who are you?".
Govinda Bhagavatpada realised the young boy before him was no ordinary soul, when he did not give him his name and place of origin, but recited the Nirvana Shatakam.

Adi Shankaracharya brought to the fore (meaning, it was there before, but other philosophies had gained prominence) the philosophy of Advaita, which proclaims that the individual Jivaatma (soul) and the Paramatma (If you want to call it God, but that is not how he thinks about it) are not different.
The differences we perceive between the two is due to ignorance and the right knowledge helps remove this ignorance and then you realise you, and indeed the entire creation is nothing but Shiva. (so that is the sense with which you must "read" this)

Saundarya lehari contains descriptions of the beauty of the 10 mahavidyas/ goddesses. Shankara beautifully installed the bija mantra of 10 mahavidyas in the verses.

Bhrahma Lila stotra also is composed by Adi Shankaracharya!!! In which HE ELOBORATES WHAT BHRAHMA IS unlike Nirvana Shatakam ( except for last verse ) in 20 verses and is sung so beautifully by Jaya Vidya sagar ji -
