" I am fearless and confident" - this one sentence repeated again and again has changed my life in the last 6 months. I was always afraid that if I make mistake at work, I will lose my job or my boss will dislike me and sideline me etc . After staring this affirmation 3 times a day for 15 mins each within 3 weeks my fear gradually went away and that helped me to focus on my work. In approx 8 weeks I had a noticeable change so much that my coworkers noticed as I started speaking confidently in the meetings and daily work.
