I mean biological immortality isn't an unreachable goal (for humanity). They've already demonstrated reversed symptoms of aging on rats.
That said, to live past ~130 years we'll need to figure out how to stop cells from aging which has nothing to do with what this guy is doing.

Idk why for a certain type of person its so hard to grasp that the keys to good health are extremely simple and not inexpensive or reliant on using high tech. Like just exercise some, eat decent food, dont overindulge in alcohol/drugs, keep your stress levels down. Then as long as you arent too unlucky with your genetics you are good to go.
(For the record I totally appreciate why all that is easier said than down, especially for less priviledged folks)

Didn’t he divorce his wife when he found out she had cancer
That was his ex-fiancee, and yeah he ended their relarionship when she got sick, told her to move out. She helped him with a lot of the work for his current company too and didn't get credit for any of it. She sued him over all of it; not sure where the lawsuit sits now though.
