I see extreme stuff like this more and more, especially in men’s fitness.
Monetary costs aside, I’m guessing you would spend like a minimum of 70% of your waking hours thinking about, planning, executing, and testing (WEEKLY tests, tha fuq?) this crazy routine in hopes that you will double your lifespan and measure how this routine directly affected your ability to live that long and your ROI. So if you are slated to live to 100, thats 200 years. 70% of that two hundred is 140 years. Meaning you’ve gained, practically speaking, about 60 years of life that WASN’T gobbled up by this bonkers routine.
Is that REALLY worth it? Like there are people in their 90s who smoked cigarettes for multiple decades and live to be that old. You could just hire a nutritionist, eat a balanced diet suited to your needs, and take up a sport like most normal people and probably live that long. And all of this is assuming that this hyper-fixation either does what is intended or or doesn’t have a negative impact on health somehow. Like…there‘s living, and then there’s running from death.

I would say a 10 year old ages exactly the same amount as a 60 year old. We all do. We all age a day per day
Current theory of aging has to do with the telomeres (useless bits that protect the important part of DNA) degrading slowly over time until eventually our DNA isn’t as protected. So if you could get the telomeres to degrade at a slower rate = slower aging idk
Wouldnt it make sense that your DNA degrades faster over time, so a 10 year old wouldn't be aging that much, but a 80 year old would be rapidly declining.
