If you look into the ace family , they also had two “ charity events “ where they didn’t donate what they promised to donate in the first one( without explaining why) , and the second one they sold more tickets and donated less. They also sold a monthly subscription app and never uploaded anything to it. This family is just living off scamming their viewers.

It's insane how they alk still have a fan base and how none of them are in jail or facing charges.

Noel is spot on though- the Michael lee kid took HITS and he’s without a doubt going to have some kind of damage from it. And he, as well as these other fighters who put their bodies through that, don’t get paid? Austin McBroom is nothing more than a scam artist and karma is going to come around to him any day now.
This is three months old but recently, Michael sued Social Gloves for breaching their contract since his legal team specifically stated on his contract that he should get paid regardless of bankruptcy or somewhere along those lines. I forgot the details. But basically, his legal team made sure that whatever happened, he should get paid (and I believe this contract was specific to just him and no other participants had this in theirs)

Straws are damaging not really because of their carbon footprint but because they are damaging to wildlife. Especially to sea turtles and other creatures in the sea. Also, in aggregate all of the single-use plastic food containers and utensils definitely add up to huge amounts of wasted plastic.
the carbon footprint generated by private jets pales in comparison to corporate pollution. not to make this too political, but the climate crisis isn’t being created by any one individual, it’s deeply rooted in capitalism.

Also, rich people are intertwined with capitalism in a way the average person isn’t and holding them responsible along with companies seems useful to me. Less rich people using private jets, less private jet companies, less private jets being manufactured, etc.

The Ace Family's house is in pre-foreclosure at the moment and is up for bank repossession so pretty sure they should not be flying private!
Also the house itself is technically owned by Ace Hats Limited of which Austin and Catherine are the company presidents... I'm guessing they did that in the expectation that they would make money off it if they sold it but they've pumped like £10m+ into it and it's worth nowhere near that amount.
It’s a smart decision to put your house under its own company or llc to protect your assets if you were to be personally sued

But generally speaking in no way a failsafe because if you are living in a house and the primary purpose of it is your domestic residence then a court can easily overrule it being classed as a business asset. They have got kids though it could be that this is how they chose to have their house as a means of circumventing estate taxes so who knows

Limited liability of a business is to create separation of personal and business assets which for most people means their trading business going bad does not mean they lose a major personal asset like say their house. Holding a house you actually live in under a company name is a means of personal tax planning since it's not a cash generating asset for a trading business.

If bankruptcy or payment protection that favors the promoter is written in the contract...walk away. That's not in hindsight. Any performer worth their salt doing a first-time event knows this.

In videos she says it’s her house and she lets them live there because they are friends, but she rents the home and her friends rent the rooms. I’m sure the private jet was at least $10k cheaper with everyone paying maybe $1k towards it. :) which is not a bad deal, I hope she invites me 🤣
