About TMG:
- TMG podcast is a podcast where comedians Cody Ko and Noel Miller talk to each other (it's a podcast).
Does Noel think the way to stop having bangs is to cut them off? That’s some bald guy behavior.
Frr I had to think about what he just said for a couple seconds 😂😂
bro most dudes don't know bout that
@@zefersanity6537 The answer is yes, cut them.
The all knowing male species created these objects called scissors and they cut plenty of things, including paper, rope, HAIR; ESPECIALLY BANGS…
It’s funny cause kodys girl recently got bangs cut. But cutting them will only prolong having bangs 🤦♀️
he doesn’t have any room to speak anyway. Stay bald and sour ✌️
Every single intro, I imagine Noel as the alien that's dancing
Dudeeee🤣🤣😂 everytimeee
SAMEEE
Thank you. Now i cant get it out of my head >:(
It's spock
He is
I didn’t pay to watch the fight but I would pay so much money to watch the trial

Court TV bayybbbyyyy~ I miss that channel 😭
This was so funny
I got the judge winning by ko in round 2
So from my understanding, McBroom basically bet on the fight to fix all his precarious financial situations but lost the bet bc he refused to advertise the event correctly bc his ego. Live x live like “Austin we need to market” and Austin like “no we don’t bc everyone in the event has lots of followers” assuming all the followers would watch. They didn’t prob in part bc his fan base is children and aren’t able to pay 50 dollars bc their parents said no.
Which is why he is currently scheming to do a second event in order to cover the financial losses from the first event.
He didn't want to advertise the event because he would have had to pay for it and he doesn't have the money
nah fr who in the world (above the age of 12) actually gives a shit about tiktok fights 💀
you do realize everyone knows this right ?.. not making head lines here bud
@@Muttie69 you must be fun at parties... the likes on his comment pretty much negate what you said
“A billion people in the US” damn the US had a crazy glow-up
I was literally searching for this 😂
Just 650 million people more 😂
I think everyone involved forgot most of these peoples fans (esp Austin’s) are literal children. Or teenagers who may not have jobs yet.
Even if they are not kids...who wud spend $50 on such stupid events where anyone and every1 shows up as boxers...these talentless youtubers think they are celebs or what?
Cody never having a case on his phone stresses me out every episode
Just noticed Noel doesn’t either
@ً you have a screen protector?
@ً your phone just raw doggin it huh
I lived that life once and only once.
Phone case, screen protector, lanyard. Ultimate protection
Dude has such a weirdly huge ego for no reason.
Cody or Noel? Or Spencer?
@@rustyd3817 broom
broom's kids actually made the millions and not he himself.
Goth girl days are never over.
Agreed
Austin McBroom gonna have to change his name to Austin McBroke
😭😭😭😭
Austin's behavior screams "I don't have as much money as I claim I do". No one with that kind of money would be as bad with money, as he is. In reality, he's more than likely in massive debt and is panicking watching his lavish and material identity crumble all around him. The only way he isn't screwed, is if he does everything in his power to settle with all the people who are supposed to get paid, aside from him, and he takes the more temporary loss. But it's clear he has no interest in doing that, so he's screwed.
As someone who went to high school with bryce .. he deserves all the shit he got
Lmfao I wanna hear about this, why?🤣
@@mathewstorms2791 lol same
Bryce went out with his crush
please enlighten us. i offer my right kidney in return
Ok so basically this whole fighting shit started in highschool... he was on the wrestling team and acted like he was #1 and yet he always had a fungal infection on his face from the wrestling mat.... he always lost fights.. has never won a fight in his life... he also would very openly say the n word. and very openly be awful to women. mind you his mom bought him followers... thats how he started to get famous. He was just an asshole to everyone at school bc he thought he was better than us. Whole time his whole career is based off everyone making fun of him.
First Coffeezilla and now Spencer on TMG. These are the type of crossovers I need in my life lol. BTW, Spencer is kind of a Renaissance man like Cody and Noel. He's a real estate agent with a STEM and law background. He wrote a mathematical formula for betting just to spite a fake handicapper lol,
Sounds like he just does real estate for bank. There's money in it so
What a lad lmao
"Piercing the corporate veil is a legal term meaning that a court can view you and the LLC as one and the same. For example, if you take money from the LLC and deposit it in your personal savings account, a court can pierce the corporate veil to find that you're hiding behind the LLC to avoid personal liability. It the court pierces the corporate veil, you'll be personally liable for debts."
Took this quote from Legal Zoom's website but this was something that I learned in one of my early college business classes a few years ago. You aren't really protected from liability if the LLC is just set up as a shield. This is what I imagine they'll use against him amongst other things. Unless he had some hot shot lawyers who determined that he'll have made enough to be financially safe from the cost of a potential settlement, the dude will rightfully be destroyed by this. Don't let that ego get too big, kids.
I wonder if Austin even uses lawyers or used them in the signing of this deal or if his hubris was that off the charts
Yep. This has been a big problem in the last couple years, especially in cases where independent business owners have been listening to fake gurus try and tell them how to basically commit tax fraud with an LLC. People try and utilize them as shell companies.
Corporations Law in the US is undoubtedly different than Australia (where I’m currently studying); but, piercing the corporate veil - whilst a real legal avenue - is incredibly rare because the concept of separate legal personality is effectively a birth right of legal corporations. At least in Australia, Rogers J in Briggs v James Hardie (a big case in this area) described veil piercing as ‘devoid of any common unifying principle’; however, as you mentioned, there are (albeit rare) exceptions. Namely, the company is an instrument of fraud wherein the whole purpose of incorporation must be to evade existing legal obligations (+ agency situations and statutory exceptions). Considering the Austin situation, there’s probably a good chance he might get hit hard with the book but I’d have to read more! It’s always good when shills get done in.
austin may try representing himself lol
so the plan was use spg to take all ppv money and "promise "to pay the talent after lxl gave them the revenue but lxl holding the money because they suspect after they hand the money over see Austin made himself to get payed before everyone after the fact he gave all these people first priority supposedly and there would be no money to pay everyone else and file bankruptcy so that lxl would end being liable an not spg so that way he could run with all the money and just have spg go bankrupt and it wouldn't effect him because it was a llc but really all back fired because he thought the corporate veil would protect him and felt like he was out smarting everyone and it be so easy an that no one would notice it be suspicious and illegal .a true idiot
WHOA NOW I did not come here to get called out like that…. I came here to roast Austin don’t roast me for my bangs and goth phase 😂😭
Srsly wtfffff 😂 bangs have an expiration date ?!
The goth phase never truly has to end! You just evolve your style into the corporate goth aesthetic.
@@amentrison2794 yess, corporate goth is so hot
he came for us with that hairline?? The nerve
@@schrutefarmzz7950 I'd agree with you but your profile picture AND USERNAME are literally from The Office. You are exactly who he was talking about
Watched the interview with the live x live founder/ceo and according to him the sole investor for the event was James harden and he claims that in hardens contract there’s a “personal guarantee” which means even if Austin’s company gets folded he is personally responsible for paying back the money harden gave.
Noel’s impression of Gib is so fucking on point
Sounds like peewee herman
You should watch Emily D Baker if you want actual legal rundowns in layman's terms by a licensed attorney
I Spent 3 hours the other watching her go through all the lawsuits, she’s amazing
This is why Gib and Deji made sure to get paid upfront!
I don’t think you’ll be seeing any house tours from austin anytime soon. It will definitely impact his personal financial record when he’s getting sued so thoroughly by such a large entertainment corp. Full blown fraudulent intent would be much harder to prove, but he will likely be in personal debt by a large sum.
"There's like a billion people in the United States"
Ehhh thats pretty far off lol
Only a bit over 3x the population lol
Seriously, there’s not even a billion people in the whole continent of Europe lmaooooo
So interestingly enough Austin COULD be found personally liable even though he conducted the deal through his LLC. It’s a legal doctrine called “piercing the veil”, where the members of an LLC can be found personally liable under certain circumstances, for example “commingling funds” aka using the corporation’s money as your personal money ( like flying your family around in a private jet with LLC funds…).
CZcams should terminate Austin's channel for the amount of scams he's done
Sad thing is he thought he was gonna sell 10M PPV Buys not 2M and he made a PERSONAL GUARANTEE to James Harden who invested $2M HAHAHAHAHA
I mean, what kinda dumbass is Harden though? Someone just says "trust me bro" and he throws 2mil at it?
But then again, 2 million is chump change for him
Yikes, their family is strange too. He’s been constantly called out for cheating regularly with different people. He’s kind of scummy
ya know cody thought "fucken sick prooductions" was actually a lit name lol
Both out here dressed like vsco girls w the nerve to roast
i refuse to let go of my goth girl phase
They need to bring Austin and his lawsuits to judge Judy!! I would love for the way she would rip into him!!
Bro how old are you? Damn.
Literally would loooove to see that 😂
Agreed
Judge Judy is small court claims. This is an absolutely major lawsuit
He’s delusional he really thought those kids who follow him were going to produce that much money to watch the fight😩
let's be honest here. majority of these influencer's followers are made up of children usually between the ages of 12-15yrs, where do you think their gonna get $50 to watch that fight. not to mention a lot of older people arent gonna pay to watch people they know arent worth watching.
I am a decently online person and I had absolutely no idea all these fights were happening until they had actually started.
Just like Noel said in one of the past episodes "Would he be humble if he won the fight" this applies to this situation too. These CZcamsrs/Tik Tok creators stole their content from black people, went viral, and got rich. Imagine if they did get paid, they would be throwing it in our face and would keep on scamming people. If they go bankrupt oh well, not like they pay their taxes anyway.
“Dude thinks he’s drake” I’m crying 😭😭
i love the contrast in their hair lengths
Oooooof
Noel’s gib impression just made my week 😂
I will have bangs and be goth when I'm 80 idc lmao
BRO. Noels impersonation of Gib was AMAZING 6:11
Oh man, Spencer has made it to TMG. This is amazing
I’m surprised Noel hasn’t already found his channel before this.
Goth is forever
It’s not just a phase 😤
I’m convinced Noel received all of Carhartt’s t-shirt stock for product placement in TMG podcasts…like has anyone else seen him wear anything else?! Carhartt sales thanks to Noel = 📈
i work at a shoe store and austin came in with elle one time and you know austin is a big flexer with lambos and all this but this man walkin around with a cracked screen iphone 7 plus something ain’t adding up
When Noel is coming to your state and its a week before your 18th birthday, but you have to be 18 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
all the bonus episodes are the best ones
i'll never let the bangs go
Spencer has to be a genius savant..comedian, real estate agent, former software engineer, and I’m sure I’m missing some extra titles.
I love the space ship vibes it looks so real
My two favorites coming together.
Catherine McBroom probably definitely wants (or at least should want) to take the kids and leave (for oh so many reasons) but she probably cant because Austin fucked everything financially so they have no savings- she could probably start her own channel tho and maybe figure stuff out. Idk her personal preferences and maybe shes ok with this life and lifestyle (minus the last year and all this legal stuff probably) but the kids definitely deserve better and wages for all the work they did as child actors not protected under any child labor laws bc youtube
She already started her own channel. But TBH she’s the same. She also got sued for millions because she stole her skincare brand from her business partners.
they should get real jobs
She also has a very serious lawsuit going on. Not much different from Austin. Feel bad for their kids
She's the same as Austin. Don't feel bad for her. Feel bad for the kids because their parents are terrible.
filing bankruptcy on a corporation does not affect your personal credit, because a corporation is considered a separate entity under the law. austin isn't going to have any issues buying a 7th mansion or whatever
7 months later their house got foreclosed
nice job economist
i never laughed that hard while watching a podcast/ highlight podcast.
Me, a 27 year old goth with bangs watching the start of this video: 👁 👄 👁
My faded ass watched for a full month then yt hide yall. Had to instant sub when I refound
Would Austin be able to do that if he files for bankruptcy tho? Wouldn’t he have to liquidate all the assets owned by the company and that money would go to paying the fighters? I don’t know much about contracts and stuff but I wouldn’t think that you could go without paying someone anytime you file for bankruptcy.
The bangs part hit me ….
Same.
I have a 5 head 😢😢they are staying
Your impression of give is impeccable
I find coffeezilla, he pops up on TMG and then I find Spencer and now he's on TMG. You guys are just going through my search history at the point lol.
do you not understand how algos work?
@@allegorx58 probably about as much as you understand facetiousness I'm assuming.
I want a tour de pharmacy style comedy about this situation.
I might be picking up on nothing but does Noel think you cut bangs to get rid of them?
I’m sorry but you have no room to talk about anyone’s choice of hair style 😬
Also Kelsey just got bangs cut so watch yourself noel
Like the first 5 minutes I thought Cody had a ribbon on his shirt 🤦♂️
Spencer getting attention on the pod too let's goooo
I’m pretty sure the fighters haven’t been payed yet
No that’s why they’re suing Austin…
The wife is just as bad as Austin. Apparently her skin care line were sending people half empty product’s and they were the lucky ones the unlucky ones were sent empty boxes or nothing.
TMG just finding out about all the shows I like
10:47 - "there is like bilion people in us"
Wow, Americans
Noel: there’s like a billion people in the United States
to think that austin had a social media / business / money making course
There’s no jury in civil cases
As a person with a five-head, I cannot afford to give up my bangs
I feel like now, we need to stop giving him relevancy.
Can anyone tell me what type of a chairs they have? I know it’s stupid but damn I want one
idk but you're so right they look so comfortable.
50 million combined followers. 49.5 million kids, 499,950 poor adults, and 50 people who are going to actually pay for the fight
The oh yeah is filthy frank
The dude thinks he’s drake 😂😂😂
So I just looked it up and apparently it only sold 136,000 PPVs lol...that's just a bit less than two million 😩😩😩😩
im sorry, it’s completely unrelated to this video. but did anyone notice that youtube took down the crate challenge highlight video??? it pissed me off so much, that shit made me wake up my roommates i was laughing so hard at the end
I lost it at GIB voice imitation 6:10 damn he sounded like a Simpsons GIB version
Thank God I’m not 27 or I’d have to get rid of my bangs 😮💨
It’ll come full circle
Noel just sounds like LSP in the beginning lol
NO BUYS. Well, ok, 135,000 buys. Which isn't actually that bad as long as you didn't base your expenses on getting 2m buys!
Respect to my boi, Spencer Cornelia for covering this
Thank you
If deaf people could hear Noel mocking how they talk they would be pissed
"Permanently exhaling out of a hookah" sounds like a French English accent.
inmates want their refund mcbroom ,they prepared and stocked up on vaseline ready for your arrival boi
no jury in civil cases guys, the case is presented to a judge!
Bruh Noel is so Filipino 😂
what episode is this tf is this like a bonus episode highlighy
I feel personally attacked after that bang comment........
When you’re 27 with bangs…
10:06 my thoughts EXACTLY
Yo are those hex bugs on the table??
Not to mention those 50m viewers probably overlap
what is the intro song?
Livin the life in the 80's by ch3wy
Picture me getting a collar and being locked in a cage
Rumor has it Bryce just got paid. And he just bought a house.
I’m sure most, if not all of the contracts signed have a personal guarantee clause so any personal assets will be fair game.
Bro said there’s a billion people in the us lmao
