The first house might not have been like the most tasteful or traditional classy but I realy repsect that the parents seem to have gotten all of the nice things for the kids enjoyment and style. Like considering that the kids are the main reason they have that money I respect that so much more than fancy sports cars and art the kids aren’t even aloud to touch

In Ryan's case, if he wants to switch out his parents for another editor or producer, then nothing changes. The parents are replaceable and probably get way more money than they should. You don't see video editors and cameramen with big ass mansions, but you do see popular rich actors. It's the same.

I’ve gotta be honest, if I had that much money I’d say to heck with taste too lol. I much prefer the pink houses and ocean creature tables compared to the weird all-white, no personality interiors a lot of celebrity homes have (and brands that really are just to flex). If you can make yourself happy with neon stairs and a rock wall for your kids, then I say good for them.

The first house wasnt actually that bad tbh, I'm lowkey a huge fan of the manta ray coffee table and the dolphin table. Fuckin sick. Also, the family seems very nice and the parents seem like good people (at least as good as parents can be while broadcasting their children to the world)

Even the weird furniture and decor tastes are, like, suited to the family. brazilian here: we have a lot of palm trees in brazil, and many different fruits grow on different palm trees. anywhere from coconuts to açaí.
Let's take this into consideration, these families wouldn't be where they are without exploiting their children and making them put on an act in front of the camera. Family vloggers/Children CZcamsr's are just as bad as child actors.

I've not met these cats so maybe they're ok but cats DO get stressed in confined spaces with other cats, they are solitary and territorial animals.

i think the difference between a “dog room” and a “cat room” is that cats have to have litter boxes, so if you can build it into something stylish and functional (which i think piper’s family at least attempted to do) then you get bonus points. i think that is the main goal of the cat room. a shit room. dogs need to go outside so it doesn’t really make sense to have a dog room. this is coming from a cat person though so i’m biased

As someone that loves the color purple and loves cats I kind of liked the second house! The backlit stairs is a cool idea. Why be boring and have a sterile white and beige house? If I were rich I’d decorate my house in fun colors and lights too. And dedicate an entire space for cats.

Heated Outdoor swimming pool (heated just like the walkways and driveways) is super common, almost mandatory, in vacation homes in mountain towns like steamboat, vail, park city, etc. The heated driveways/sidewalks saves money on the snow removal and is way more convenient especially if it's a vacation home and you're not there to ensure it gets done either by a company or yourself.

If you have that much money where you can install a heated driveway and walk areas, you’re doing it out of pure convenience; money saving is probably no longer a huge factor.
@@newthrash1221 yeah. I said that in the comment too. But most people are wealthy because they do "little" things that save money. My step mom became a millionaire making 80k a year because she did things like drive busted ass cars her entire life and did things like shovel snow instead of getting it plowed. Some would say she inconvenienced herself too often. Quality of life choices for some, inconvenience for some, others just don't mind. But too bad she doesn't share a dime with us lol. Just a card for bday and holidays. But anyway it's not just convenience for most of those homes. Those in HOA communities have it as a requirement.
Hell, most of those towns have heated walkways through the entire town.

Trust me, cats need a separate room. Especially if you’re having people over or need some space (yes it’s a thing lol) from your cat.
Some people don’t like cats so it’s best to give them their own space where they don’t feel trapped.
