At least Cara's house has character and is unique. I'm not saying I'm liking it but she obviously made a lot of effort into making the house she wants.
Unlike faze rugs house, he literally went "I can have this because I'm rich" and will never use more than half of the rooms he bought.
He clearly won't be able to maintain that huge house for long either, since I can't see people like him having long-lasting careers. He's just yet another person who became rich very fast and is blowing money on tacky and expensive things without giving it much thought.
Two golden rules of rich houses:
- Too much space that is never used
- Unused furniture because it gives “esthetic”

There is really a difference in people who are wealthy, and are like “yes this is what rich people would have” like FaZe Rug, and there’s wealthy like Cara, where a lot of it is her genuine personality and style. And I can respect Cara for that.
I think that's just the difference between people with a personality and people who live to please others and "be somebody"

I feel like Cara's house deserves S-tier, honestly. It's not my style, but you can tell a lot of thought went into it and she really enjoys being there. All the space is used and there isn't a bunch of unfurnished rooms that might not ever be furnished. It's a genuinely cool house.

As a formal electrician, we love people who got high ceilings, imagine charging someone just to change ligh bulbs, and charge even extra for a "walk-through" 😏

@@DvffyX3 electricians don't try to "take advantage" of the customer, just ask questions (please NOT while where working) about "why" you might possibly need a "walk-through", if your house was built in the 40's - 80's era, most definitely, remodels can be a problem too if inspectors weren't called (based on your district location in some county's) I was always told, last person who worked on your residence take's accountability for any "accident" (Electrical fire, Electrical Shock) that may occur when we leave, So better to be safe then sorry, the company I worked for didn't charge for "walk-through's", however I know most definitely not all companies follow this procedure

Rainn Wilson’s aka Dwight Schrute’s house is in my opinion very tasteful and really cosy. It’s simple but still stylish a little dated yet modern not necessarily my style but I really enjoyed it, you can tell it has a soul. Also the video it’s self I think it’s really entertaining. They(Rainn and his wife)also have some really nice art pieces not like a gucci poster or whatever that was.

Faze's laundry room: I definitely get the desire for a nice laundry room. Our washer and dryer and laundry-supply cabinets are crammed into one of our bathrooms, and it's quite a pain since it gives us very little room to work and gets in the way of being able to use the bathroom (we are planning out a standalone laundry room). But this one just seems completely over-the-top and unnecessarily big, with a bunch of extra stuff that is not needed.

First of all, I don't watch either of these three, but her presentation was the best of all. She gave every detail of what she liked and why she liked. Also, I like the combination of colours of her house, except for that pussy tunnel that she has. Faze I think, although had a luxurious house, was a bit confused while explaining.
Edit: also that 'her in the trampoline' part wasn't required. That was cringe.

Cara seems like she's genuine even though it's all so crazy. Like she kept a diary as a child with all these wild ideas for a dream house and now that she has the means she's living those fantasies. It's infinitely better then faze rug's ridiculous "rich person" house that you can tell he barely feels comfortable in.
Honestly, I have all the respect for her if that truly is the case. She took the reward from her ambitions by keeping it personal and relevant to her personality, instead of 'buying into whatever looks expensive because I need to flex'-culture. That's awesome. I'd be daunted by the prospect of being able to design a home after me, providing I had the budget for it. No where near her level of confidence to know what I would want, so I'd probably look at a famous interior designer's work and call it a day lmao
I didn't know about the diary of ideas, that seems like a cool execution of a childhood dream. At least that her rooms are being used and it's customized to her wants. Pewds should have seen this info so Cara's house could at least get an A.

As a person who used to have a really high ceiling, changing the light bulbs was a nightmare. We used to have to get a ladder and have one of our brothers hold it while we climbed up it to change the light. It was a pain in the ass.

It's absolutely astounding to think what you could buy in other states for 2 million dollars. Where I live, some of the nicest houses start at about 500k. A high end mansion here would be anywhere from 1-1.5 million and odds are you'd have 10-20 acres of land to do whatever you want with
