Cadillac’s doing a great job with their designs, engineering and tech. Everyone that has been in one of these things say they drive even better than they look! I think *that* in addition to the interior luxuries, will be the deciding factor(s) and what makes the Cadillac stand out to potential buyers from the rest of the pack. Can’t wait to see the refreshed XT5, the new XT6, and the brand new Escalade.

I bought one back in April. I absolutely LOVE it!!!
Do you still have it? If so, how do you like it and have you had any major problems with it? I want to get an older one like this. '19 model. Not really old at all. But you know how society is.
That stitching on the dash looks amazing. I like the way it has a little imperfection in there. You can tell it's done by hand.

I drove the XT4 it’s awesome. I’m waiting for Super Cruse before I buy one.
It is a nice vehicle - modern without being in-your-face, physical buttons are a welcome addition along with a control knob, but pricing is optimistic.
When will Motorweek test drive the incoming CT4?

We're soon to be empty-nester's. Our youngest is graduates with his BSCS / EE next year. Then he's off into the real world. The wife wan'ts to downsize her SUV. This Cadillac XT4 is on her radar screen.

Cadillac, you had me, then you lost me with this car.I don't want a turbo four and won't buy premium gas. Offer the 3.6l six cylinder engine and I'd buy it!
That's what the larger XT5 is for. This is smaller, a competitor for the Lexus UX

bassistdc - runs perfectly with 87. Premium not must, and no 3.6 l cannot be efficient as this. BTW smoothest turbo 4 out there

I was reading a review in Car and Driver on the XT 4 and they were disappointed with the interior build quality and with options paid more than $50,000! No way that's a $50,000 + vehicle. Could luck on selling these GM
Worst magazine to base your opinion on. C&D has 3 separate articles on XT4 and they contradict themselves, they are a bunch of shit reviewers. Check XT4 in live yourself

That's an attractive Chevy Equinox, ummm, a GMC Terrain.... ohhh yeah, a Caddy XT something. Go back to real names, Cadillac. And this XT is way too expensive for most urban dwelling millenials it's been targeted at.... Cadillac is a zombie brand, Johann put a stake through its proud heart with his incredibly bad management of the division.

The "compact luxury crossover" segment is a waste of time. And this proves it. Anyone dumb enough to pay $35,000 to buy one sure wont be in the younger age brackets. Expect to see granny jenkins behind the wheel of these because she's been led to believe these monstrosity's are 'safer'.
As long there are a market for these, automakers will continue to build these rather you like it or not. Since car sales are down, some automakers are doing away cars and building up inventory for CUVs like Ford for example.
