THAI DESSERT RECIPES COCONUT MILK

Hope you are all doing well. Today I made tapioca pearls with corn kernels and coconut milk. A dessert that my family greatly appreciates and I hope you will enjoy it too.
The recipe is very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS for 14 small jars:
For the tapiocas pearls:
-100g of tapioca balls
-1 small box of corn (150g)
-50g of caster sugar
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1/2 cc of pandan extract
-800ml of water
For the coconut milk:
-1 tbsp of cornstarch and 3 tbsp of water
-60g of caster sugar
-4g of salt or 1/2 tsp of salt
-200g of coconut milk
- roasted sesame seeds
