    Hello my dear cooks and cooks,
    While passing in a bakery, I had seen chouquettes, I looked at the price and it is overpriced.
    It's been too long since I last made choux pastry and ate chouquettes. I wanted too much. 😋
    With the quantities that I used, I get about forty chouquettes.
    For conservation and to keep its crispness, I keep it in an airtight box away from heat and cold. You can reheat it in a traditional oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
    Ingredients for about forty chouquettes:
    -125g of water
    -125g of milk
    -100g unsalted butter
    -50g of sugar
    -5g of salt (1cc)
    -150g of flour
    -4 eggs (+/-)
