Sadly, this channel is basically just making ads for a long time now. Even his PS5 and Xbox comparisons are interestingly enough always praise Xbox, no matter what innovations the PS has. Microsoft bought him big time. We're getting very close to Unbox Therapy territory here. If Austin won't stop pushing this kind of content, he will be irrelevant very soon. I didn't like when he accepted in an Intel video to not say AMD just for that precious money from the blue guys and the situation is getting worse every day. You can have sponsor spots and you can BE a sponsor spot. He chose the latter.

The dell inspirion 2-n-1 14 carries the 7 4700U with integrated graphics chip,16 megs of ram, and my Gf absolutely loves it, it's very snappy, and does everything she wants it todo, even streams 4k video without skipping a beat, nice job Ryzen 🙌💪.

Currently benchmarking HP Elitebooks for work, so far it looks like we will be converting from Intel to Ryzen. The cost to performance just makes a ton of sense.

My first pivital experience with computer gaming was when my dad got a laptop with Radeon graphics in 2006 or so, I was finally able to play Bioshock after buying it like a year before knowing I couldn't play it, but I knew I wanted to play it some day

HP Elitebook is actually what we use in my company. Hopefully they shift to AMD laptops soon, as everyone would really benefit with the less heat, more performance and better battery life that Intel CPU's.

I've been looking at getting a new laptop and it was pretty difficult to find a AMD laptop, so I guess this sponsorship worked because HP is now on my watch list. When I saw a new laptop announced and I see they only had Intel models I would completely write off the laptop straight away. So HP, good job, I'll keep an eye on your laptops when I finally decide to get one.

For me HP has always been hard to work on. They tend to value quiet operation over longevity of the product. This has a lot to do with the perceived notion that we upgrade on a regular basis. This misconceived idea has been the downfall of many brand names for me like Dell, Gateway, PeoplePC, and eMachine to name a few offenders. Of note is that only Dell survived due to changes in their design. Still a lot of their fan shrouds are proprietary and necessary without replacing the stock cooler on the CPU. This amounts to a fail in my book. It's nothing against you or your channel. I've had a lot of HP computers fail because they overheated, especially their laptops and AIO machines and it seemed like relevant information to share.

i'm still rocking an i7 4510u (2c/4t, 2.7ghz ac turbo) lol. i use it only for basic tasks so is pretty fine with it, for gaming etc i have my desktop

It will take a lot more than a tiny performance boost for me to ever buy an AMD product.
Intel created x86, and also ARM before selling that branch off. They have been the brains behind nearly every major innovation in CPU tech since... forever.
AMD spent its early years reverse-engineering Intel chips and applying factory overclocks in the 386 & 486 era.
In one of the first major technology anti-trust suits, AMD sued Intel for being a monopoly, and won. US courts ruled that in order to allow AMD to compete, Intel had to provide them with R&D, ultimately allowing AMD to spend all its money on manufacturing, and none of it development. This is why AMD had a reputation for years as being the cheaper but lower performance option.
Don't get me wrong - Intel absolutely got lazy and set on their assess - and that sucks for us, the consumers. AMD offering better performance is a fun new novelty, but it doesn't absolve them of being a company that functionally wouldn't exist if Uncle Sam hadn't stolen IP from Intel at gunpoint and handed it to AMD in the name of 'anti-trust'. It's a shame.
