- Originating from yet another undisclosed location somewhere on America's interstate highway system, this week's episode features a rubber chicken who has had enough of overland transportation. It is no way to travel for a fake fowl more acclimated to a warmer, sedentary lifestyle. So, he, like many of his fellow Americans, is ready to go on strike to get the better working conditions that he deserves. And as they have both had enough of the cold, one area of agreement between management and labor is that the naming of winter storms has to stop, and that the invention of new terms for cold and cold-related weather must be curtailed.
To keep warm, Lewis brings the healing power of ranting with some special rants about teachers and statuary hall in Congress. Plus an open letter from an anonymous author to their cousins. They know who they are.

That rant at about the 35 minute mark spot on. I’ve worked in manufacturing for years for some reason the people on the morning shift act as if they are superior to those on the night shift. It has to do with seniority for most cases but if you work morning shift you get all the advantages because management is in the building with you and management does not like it when things break down. Meanwhile if you work midnights it’s a ghost town when it comes to leader ship because you know no plant manager wants to be working in the middle of the night They’d rather be at home with their family. It’s a lovely choice you get to make when you’re in management upper level management especially. So when you need an engineer you don’t see any on Night Shift we need a lot of maintenance they are on Night Shift you’re just left to your own devices best of luck to you.

I'm with you on the kid thing. I was 36 when I got married, her 38. We discussed adoption and got the ball rolling. Long story short, she got cancer and later passed away from it and I was happy for not having a child that had to endure the pain of loss like that. In comparison with my cousins, my brother and I were like the Cleaver kids (Beaver) and I don't know what kept our father from murdering one or both of us. My parent friends tell me that I would have been a good parent and I just laugh. I've never met a fellow VIRGO man who had children so maybe we weren't supposed to have any. Thanks for the episode and RANT ON MY GOOD MAN !!!

I just had this sent did we wake up together? I have a rant with collapsing building and how the condos are run with abuses in Florida….you going to rant? I feel terrible for teachers. My mom was a teacher from her 20s through her 60s. With her retirement, she can’t afford to eat let alone heat her home that is paid off. After 40 years of stupid parents and more stress than you would expect, she can’t afford to live.
To the ranter complaining about statues and busts: Erasing history serves no purpose. History is there to remind us what to do and not to do. Get over yourself.
Books exist. We don't need statues that were put up by the KKK to intimidate black people and civil rights activists. There are no statues in Germany glorifying Hitler or the Nazis. Up yours you white supremacist apologist snowflake.
