For all the talk about Henryâs stiff arm, they didnât show a single example. There are some insane clips of him sending defenders 5-10 yards away with a stiff arm. The man is a battering ram!
Watch some of Derrick Henryâs off season workouts. Dude is insane
Yeah the dude is a real freak
Seriously, calling DH a freak of nature is an understatement. There isn't an adjective quite good enough to fit him.

*king Henry
James Harrisons workouts are intense also given his age is incredible
The most scariest/freak athlete in the nfl is a shock but it's montez sweat he's 6'6 260 and runs as fast as a wr he ran a 4:40 in the 40

DK Metcalfâs body fat percentage was so low at the NFL Draft Combine that they actually warned him it was a health risk đ He was basically just skin and muscle
Thatâs insane, He should probably eat some ice cream once in a while đ
@@kabirconsiders he loves strawberry Nesquick. Even has a deal with them
@@kabirconsiders dk does not have 1.6% body fat you canât live with that Andreas munzer had like 3% and died from not having enough body fat this is what a college athletic trainer said about dk supposed 1.6% body fat
âHe would be anorexic. Thatâs not healthy, and I highly doubt that itâs possible for him to perform at a Division I level with that body fat percentage. The lowest BFP out of my athletes is 6 percent. I canât imagine what 1.5 percent looks like.â And dk body fat percentage was measured in a bod pod which can be anywhere from 5% to much or 5% to less so more then likely dk is actually. 6.5% body fat which still makes him super ripped Iâm just trying to make sure you donât get false advertisementđđ
@@mrpiccaso6517 His diet sustains him, cant argue with the results.
@@girthbrookz4303 Still can't live at 1.6% body fat. Even Bodybuilders only cut to 4-5% for a few hours during their poses. They all say you can't do it for much more than that and that their whole bodies feel like shit at that low of a body fat %.
I try to tell my friends in England that they would be amazed at the size of American athletes. Iâve been here all my life and played sports even in college and everytime I goto an NFL game or even College football game, Iâm astonished at the size of these guys while still remaining quick and fast. P
Can you imagine if our very best athletes played soccer as their #1 sport. Our CBâs would be 6â6â - 6â11â and would be able to run in the 4.4âs with the top agility in the world.
Our ST and attackers wouldnât be that far behind either. 6â3â wings running 4.3âs. It would be game over in the World Cup.
Yeah NFL and NBA guys are real freaks of nature
Ive been saying this for years. MLS needs to grow alittle more and kids need to see that there is major money in the sport and some of the would be football players would move to soccer. In America there is this narrative that is given to kids that if you like sports and are smaller then you are just built for soccer, which just isnt true. Smaller kids usually are more agile but if a kid that is tracking to end up 6'3 and 210 and they train soccer as a kid then the footwork and agility will be there when they grow to full size.
@@codycurnutte7084 in America basketball and American football has many more opportunities and don't have to leave the state for opportunities of having a great soccer club you can't even go on a full scholarship in d1 soccer in most schools
@@kabirconsiders yeah. NFL more so, nba players admit that
Even the dudes who aren't on here for strength are just pure muscle. Just takes a different kind of dude to play high level football fr

Before there was Michael Vic there was Randall Cunningham.
before cunningham there was fran tarkenton

crazy thing about julio's 4.39 is that he ran that on a broken foot. he's actually way faster and obviously at his size he can bully every db in his way anyway.
Thatâs insane, the man in rapid!
He's totally wasted being in Atlanta.
Before TJ, Derrick, Patrick Willis and Bo Jackson. There was Jim Brown, that man might STILL hold all the rushing records if he didnât retire so early.
Henry is so throwback absolutely love watching him run with bad intentions!
Fun fact: I went to the same high school as Derrick Henry. Not only that, I was in the same class as his little brother, Dominic. Nice kid, he was always talking about how he wanted to be a great football player like his brother. Henry is a legend where I'm from
Thatâs awesome. Iâm sure Derrick put in countless hours to get to where he is. A lot of sacrifice but itâs paid off!
Good ole YULEE!
@@areguapiri Go Hornets!
Ryan Tannehill is a WR turned QB. He scrambles, and takes hits. His highlights are insane
Kyler Murray is probably the most explosive running qb. But he just doesn't run like Jackson. But even at 5'10 he is still a little freak of nature
After watching this, it makes me wanna watch âThe 43 giant foods you gotta eat!â đ
Got to get them gainzzzz đđȘđœ

The craziest thing is, there are even more athletic guys in the NFL. Theyâre just not as good a ball player. These were the best athletes that are very good at the game.
Some real freaks in the NFL! Iâd love to see them on the rugby field
Donald and DK are pretty freakish athletesâŠ
@@kabirconsiders Check out Larry Allen.
I'd throw in an honorable mention to Tom Brady. Being a Super Bowl winning QB at 43.5 yrs. old is quite freakish.
Very true, his longevity is ridiculous
Not to net he ran his 40 in Khaki shorts plus was the 199th draft pick
@Banned Me you mean the man who ran his 40 in khaki shorts
George Kittle plays for my hometown San Franciso Forty Niners. He's a big reason why they made it to the Super Bowl in 2019. Now when I take the BART train to work I see ads for sunglasses with him on it in the station.
He looks like an impressive player!
@@kabirconsiders he really is, if the nfl doesn't copyright it, try reacting to 49ers vs saints 2019 week 14 (i think). he had an insane run with like 50 seconds left. you can also watch the run in your free time. it was the best game of 2019 in my opinion

Going to be a real force this season!
Might score 40 but theyâll give up 50
@@Wyattnewman4 Yeah the defense needs some work, but if they're even mediocre we can make a strong playoff run
@@Wyattnewman4 I don't see the defense getting much worse than last seasons especially on 3rd down it was the worst defense in franchise history and with the draft picks and FA signings this offseason they should at the very least be a top 15-20 which is easily good enough for them to make a SB run.
Means Titans have a larger fan base...Roll Tide!
I saw Aaron Donald play in high school and he just wrecked every single person đ

Actually a running quarterback isn't unique. It's a staple in college football. Look up the "option play"...
It's unique here because it basically stops once they hit the NFL because you are playing against linebackers and defensive linemen that can run 4.4 40's..
Lamar is the only one that does run
@@ssshaggyy5845 Lamarâs the only one that has 4.3 speed. A lot of the young QBâs run tho. Watson, Allen, Murray, and even Mayfield are threats to get outside the pocket and hurt you
Cam Newton ran for 500 yards and 12 tds even with Covid and missing a few games
@@ssshaggyy5845 Murray
Cunningham was doing it 20+ years ago and Vick in the 2000's
Back in the 70s and 80s we had a player in Canadian football that had the nickname Pinball Clemens. He would run the ball and bounce off the tacklers like a pinball in a machine. He was one of the smallest players in the CFL and one of the fastest.
I would argue CMC as a top 10 as well he isn't as strong as Henry but he is so shifty and he is one of only four people that had 1000 rushing yards and 1000 receiving yards in ONE season
His agility is insane, but his speed and strength arenât as good
Up here rooting for D.K. I was torn when he ran down Budda Baker . Who do I root for DK playing for my Seahawks or someone I followed in High School and played for my favorite college team the Washington Huskies , Budda Baker.
Tough decision to make mate!
I feel ya we have mad love for Buddha Baker. But he plays for Arizona. So we gotta root for the Seahawks DK Metcalf
I have a violent hatred for the Seahawks. I'm also a diehard Cardinals fan. It's difficult for me to ever admit a Seahawks player is really good, but were he playing for a different team I'd give him more praise.
@@PixelatedH2O Thatâs what makes the NFC WEST rivalry so much fun. All 4 teams have a chance to be good again like last year.
And sounds like either the 49ers or the Seahawks might be the place where Julio Jones ends up this season!! Imagine the Seahawks with Russell Wilson throwing to Tyler Lockett, DK Metcalf, and Julio Jones!!!! Good luck stopping that
They also did that clip a disservice because they only showed the tackle. Metcalf made up ten yards to make that tackle.
I have gained a complete new respect for all the players in the NFL now
Yeah these guys are units!
@@kabirconsiders Refrigerator units
That vid was okay, however claiming Tyreke Hill is the fastest in NFL history is a flatout lie. Bullet Bob Hayes won the 100m in the Olympics in 64' with a 9.91 on a cinder track and without the aid of modern track shoes. Only man with a gold medal and a Super Bowl ring. Tyreke has never ran sub 10sec even with all of todays advantages
Sounds like I need to put bullet Bob on my list!
Thatâs a great bit of trivia there
Tyreek said he's not even fastest on his team.
Darrell Green was also really fast. He used to train with his good friend, 9Ă winning Olympic gold champion Carl Lewis during the off season. And Lewis said that Green could beat him.
@@rdramos13 You're right. Darrell green is another one that has a faster recorded 100m time. I can think of at least 3 to 4 more and only used bullet bob because he's unquestionably the fastest of all time
i died when he said lamar jacksons "rocket of an arm with pin point accuracy" haha
Kabir, Thanks for the amazing reacts to The Biggest Franks of Nature in the NFL. Its was dazzling and delightful that the same time.
Thanks for watching mate âșïž these NFL guys are ridiculously athletic!
I just found you and I love your videos man. I'm shocked you're not over 100k subs
Thanks so much for the kind words mate :)
May want to keep an eye out for rondale Moore from the Cardinals. Similar to tyreek hill. 5'9 175 lbs and squatted 600 lbs
Henry is alright... check out the 30for30 on Marcus Dupree. I think it's called "the greatest that never was".. now that's a real freak. Dude was a monster. Tyreek Hill is from my hometown actually. Our high school coach (at the time) actually told hill he was too small to play football, so he transferred to coffee county High School in Douglas, GA where he became a star.
He sounds like a man that doesnât take no for an answer!
@@kabirconsiders without doubt, itâs why he is where he is at now.
A younger Cam Newton was also a freak of nature as a 6' 5 250 lb dual threat QB
Yeah he was, hopefully he can get over the injuries
Dereck and fellow Bama alum Julio will play together this year.
I recommend you react to the NFL combine. It is the gathering of college football players in front of NFL scouts before the NFL draft top show off their skils and speed.
As a fellow Giant's fan, this year looks a lot more hopeful than prior years. Saquon is back, we gave our quarterback better weapons in the receiving game, and we have a top 10 defense. The only concern for this season is how well our quarterback will perform.
I hope youâre right mate!
It'll definitely be between your Giants and my WFT.
Best running quarterback if all time was Steve Young... Not by yards but meaningful plays... Vick was just about Vick
When tyreek caught up to his teammate he kept saying "you're slow bro"
He is retired now but you have to check out Patrick Willis. Dude was a a Middle Linebacker with 4.3 40 speed total freak. A younger guy is Najee Harris to see and the Watt family lol
See, now i love how hes actually 100% with his opinion. Respect bro.
Thanks mate :)
DK Metcalf just showed up at the USA track and field trials and ran the 100 meter dash against professional sprinters trying to make the Olympic team. He came in 15 out of 17 which means he who don't run track professionally beat two guys who run for a living!
Thatâs very impressive for a guy who doesnât specialise in just running
He ran a 4.37 in the 100 meters!

Sorry, that was a typo. I was thinking of something else.
the giants are on the rise, they have saquon, a pro bowl cornerback in james bradberry and a pro bowl receiver in kenny golladay. they also got an exciting receiver in the draft (kadarius toney)

Check out Jordan Mailata of the Philadelphia Eagles. He plays on the " O- Line ". A former rugby player.
Also remember that Derick Henry is wearing damn near 10lbs of equipment while running past defenders!!!!!! Amazballs so says Austin Tx!!!!!!đđž
Very true, and the dudes like 230+ pounds
The defenders also wearing the same equipment
If you are speaking about athletic, he has retired, but watch a highlight video of Troy Polamalu. With that amazing athlete, they broke the mold
Saw Khalil Mack at Buffalo against my OSU Buckeyes.... he was the best player on the field despite playing against several other first rounders.
Sounds like a really special player
@@kabirconsiders man among boys... more impressive because OSU vs Buffalo is like Chelsea playing against the lowest MLS squad
Derrick Henry actually grew up about 30 minutes away from my town, and our high school teams where rivals, so heâs huge name around here, and if you do check out his high school highlights, you wonât be disappointed, he was a man among boys. He literally looked like an NFL player going against young teens, he was by far the biggest guy on the field at all times, even his own linemen was much smaller than him.
The manâs a beast!
Very entertaining. Love your facial expressions!
Thanks Diane :)
cool video loved it even tho their are some things i disagree with but still really fun to watch
Thanks bro âșïž
what's awesome is 2 of the guys on this list are now on the same team being Derrick Henry and Julio Jones and also that other guy in the picture D.K that's A.J. Brown who is also a beast so it will be fun to watch all 3 of them on the same team this year.
And both those guys are absolute beasts!
Subbed. It's so dope to see the homies across the pond appreciating american sports as a fifa pro clubs player lol
Thanks so much bro :)
You gotta watch some derrick henry workouts. Guy is an animal!
Julio is on my fantasy team this year and still making decent points
Good on ya mate for picking the giants! Iâm a Giants fan, just recently moved to the UK, our defense so impress this year.
Hopefully the giants will give us something to celebrate this season! How are you liking the U.K. so far?
@@kabirconsiders i like it so far. Driving is definitely a switch, but overall itâs a beautiful country, a lot of history.
DK met calf actually recently participated in a actual track race with Olympic sprinters . You should check it out
I saw, he did pretty well!
As a giants fan you have a ton to be excited for! we signed Kenny Golladay in the offseason (who you should react to), we have a top 5 if not top 10 defense in the league, and a relatively easy schedule this year.
Hopefully good times are comingđ€đœ
Giants will finish last in the division mate
It would be interesting to see how players like Tyreek Hill do in an olympic track race. Also Iâm a giants fan as well, cool to see youâre one as well. Next season is hype with Saquon returning, new receivers yo give the QB help since its a make or break season for him, the defense will be top 10 in the league, and there is a chance we might make the playoffs, canât wait!
Yeah hopefully next year the giants will give us something to get excited about, itâs not been great so far đ
DK Metcalf recently ran at a meet against guys who are trying to make the Olympics. He ran the 100 meter. I was so impressed. He 6'4" and has easily 50 pounds on those guys but he managed to keep up. It's on youtube.
In 2021 the Giants have a lot of talent now on offense (Sequan, Kenny G, Stirling, Toney, etc) and a crappy qb. Nothing is expected of them, unless their qb gets better
I haven't found any videos of American footballers trying their hand at rugby, but there are videos of rugby players playing American football.
Iâll try to find a good one
I haven't actually watched the video yet but I was betting that Derrick Henry was gonna be on it and after seeing just a couple of the other comments posted I'm guessing that he definitely is lol. He plays for the team that my husband is a big fan of, the Titans, and so I've gotten to learn quite a bit about him since he came to the team, he's one of my husband's favorite players as well so I feel like I have heard quite a bit about "King Henry" lol. But I have to say, he is definitely some kind of freak of nature, he's gigantic! Which I know a lot of the guys who play this sport are gigantic but of the ones I'm aware of, which I admit aren't that many lol, he seems to be exceptionally large lol. It's fun to watch when guys that are like a third of his size try to bring him down and it looks like he's just trying not to hurt them as he runs them over lol.
Thanks for doing this video mate. Please react to The Biggest Freaks of Nature from each NBA Team. The video names the biggest freaks of nature in the history of each NBA team.
Iâll put it on my list, some real freaks in the NBA!
Jacksons compared to Vick often, similar players in the league now are probably kylar Murry, russel Wilson cause he has no line, RG3 in his prime, even mahomes has a strong scramble. Not near as agile or quick as lamar but the mobile quarterbacks is the name of the game rn, a must when playing against people like Aaron Donald, Khalil Mack, TJ Watt, and Miles Garret giving pressure, it's a must.
Oh and my guy fields who has the one of the most fucked o lines in the nfl, I'm prayin for him đ€Łđ»đ
Next to Donald, Mack is the best defensive player. #MackAttack
Love you man !
Love you too brother!
You should check our QB Tom Brady and TE Rob Gronkowski of the Tampabay Buccaneers. They're 2nd in NFL history with the most TDs with a little over 100 TDs together. Brady is still playing at the age of 44. At age 43 he won his 7th Superbowl. His nickname is the GOAT. That's short for the Greatest Of All Time. Brady looks far from athletic,he's kind of skinny,he was just a 6th round draft pick. He's married to Giselle Bundchen a Brazilian super model. She makes more than Brady. Oh,you never bet against Tom Brady.
I think your thought of swapping rugby and football players is interesting but wouldnât have an expected outcome as you might think. Some of these guys for sure would dominate any field of play, my limited understanding of rugby is youâre playing both sides and not much stoppage compared to the NFL. So these guys would light it up and have some for sure highlights, I donât think theyâd have the endurance for dropping back to defense. I think a rugby player grinding out runs as an NFL running back would be one of those silent stars leaders. They wouldnât be breaking huge games, although could break away at any moment, would be leading with yards per carry wearing down a defenses with 4-5yards a carry before breaking lose
Very true, there would be a steep learning curve for both sets of athletes and likely a change in their respective body compositions in order to meet the demands of the other sport
A better test would be getting NBA athletes to try rugby. They're conditioned for endurance, and they're rarely shorter than 6 feet 4 inches. Come to think of it, they'd be even better suited for Aussie Rules football.
American football players have to adjust to the stamina and conditioning of rugby. Many convert to rugby here in American rugby leagues, but have a stamina and learning adjustment. Rugby players have to adjust to the possibility of brute, short bursts of violent contact from any direction on almost every play. It's very difficult to embrace. That has been the biggest difficulty to rugby players making it in American football other than as punters--- which are involved in rare contact situations.
Agreed. The cardiovascular requirements are the biggest differences between the two sports
Giants just had a pretty awesome draft. Should be improved. One thing to keep in mind with RBs on average is they don't have very long in the NFL.
If you like Vick and Jackson look up old MCNabb from the eagles. He came before them in the gunslinger age
D.K. Metcalf also has the largest wingspan of any receiver ever
You gotta watch some Joseph Vincent
"watching this makes me want to hit a gym" idk man this video had the opposite effect on me. makes me think theres nothing i can do about it đ€Ł
Now the Titans have 2 of the biggest freaks of nature in the NFL on the same team.
Looking really good for the Titans this season!
Should've seen James Harrison from the Steelers.
All those dudes are impressive, yes. But for me its the Offensive and Defensive linemen that are 6'6" 300+ lbs that move like someone 100lbs lighter. Look up Tyron Smith. He's one of those guys. He is getting injured more than I like, but when his healthy, there are few that are are in his realm of freak. Oh and his arms are so big that his elbow brace is actually a knee brace.
For sure, itâs not easy running a sub 5 second 40 yard dash at 300lbs
I love dk metcalf he is just a genetic freak of nature. That 60 yard head start buda had and he caught was something Iâve never seen before. To run a 4.3 at 230 is insane
Yeah he moves crazy fast for a dude his size
Not even close to 60 yard head start but still unbelievable!
lmfao when you said saquon is the only good thing on the giants all us fans felt that
đđ hopefully we do week next season!
Titan up GO Titans!
These guys are definitely freaks, but just to emphasize how unreal Bo Jackson, one of the greatest athletes ever and not just in the NFL, was, here's a comparison of him vs arguably the top 2 size-to-speed guys in the NFL currently (I also remarked on some of this under your Bo Jackson reaction):
- Bo Jackson: 6'1", 227 lbs (185 cm, 102 kg), 4.12 sec 40
- Derrick Henry: 6'3", 247 lbs (190.5cm, 112 kg), 4.54 sec 40
- DK Metcalf: 6'4", 229 lbs (193 cm, 103 kg), 4.33 sec 40
Itâs a real shame that Bo didnât play in this era, I think modern science could have saved his career
@@kabirconsiders Joseph Vincent, the Bored Films channel, has a great documentary on Bo Jackson.
@@DannL18 He's reacted to it, that's what I was referring to in my post (making a similar comment under that video).
I actually don't watch much football either, so I always enjoy these. There are some absolute monsters playing that sport.
Iâm there same as you, I donât watch much NFL but I find these kind of lists interesting. So many kids grow up wanting to get in the NFL, so these guys must be like the top 0.00001% or something crazy like that. The cream of the crop.
@@kabirconsiders Absolutely. There are some states, such as Texas, where football is practically a religion. Every boy wants to go to the NFL.
That actually brings up a concern of mine. I know that I for one won't let my boy play football. Any other sport, fine, but with what we know about CTE these days I just wouldn't let him take that risk. I know I'm not the only parent that feels that way, so I wonder if it will effect the sport at some point.
Itâs an interesting dilemma. I think until the MLS grows to the point where salaries are comparable to those in the NFL, you wonât see a sizeable reduction in the number of parents letting their kids play American football
@@kabirconsiders You're probably right. Whether or not that's a good thing remains to be seen. There has been an uptick in baseball, and that could be an indication, or totally coincidental. Only time will tell I suppose.
You need to check out Devin Hester.. best return man of all time!!!!
Devin 4 Seven!! He was awesome at the height of his career for the Bears.
Derek Henry and the Tennessee Titans added the freak Julio Jones to the team this week.
Woah, the Titans are going to be a real force this season đł
On the other side of the physical freak of nature, please react to Jeremy Lin and Linsanity. There are some videos that talk about why he was such a phenomen and there are some videos that are jusr highlights of his breakout game at Madison Square Garden. Like early on Steph Curry, Lin was overlooked by schools and teams because he was small for a basketball player. I just watched Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson's up in smoke podcast on CZcams and they had on J Lin as a guest and he talked about mental health and athletics and the danger of doubting yourself and overcome adversity and trying to make in basketball as an Asian American and what it was like to be at one point the most Googled person in the world. Really long but really good interview.
Yeah I remember hearing about Jeremy Lin a few years ago, he was everywhere! I thought he would become the best player in the league
It still would be good to react to Linsanity game or the story of his journey.
@@ronluk76 flash in the pan
Vastly overrated and overhyped to appeal to the enormous Asian fan base. That's the hard reality. Even stated by the long-time NBA coach Larry Brown.
His race was a factor in the hype for sure. I didn't think he was going to be the best player in the world but at least a solid rotational player. But his race was the reason he was overlooked in the first place which contributed to him then becoming a sudden phenomenon.
I have mad respect for rugby. You guys play with little to none padding. The 40 yard run times is good but itâs not everything. Honestly their first 10 yards time is more important. Rarely unless your a wide receiver do they run without stopping for more than 10 yards without turning, stopping, or reacting to contact.
No doubt though NFL players are the perfect balance of strength and speed and skill
