  • Highly effective full body dumbbell workout at home. This resistance workout helps build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate rep tempo. This training session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

    Oh I really love this 2 rounds version better than the old 4 rounds version. I usually combine 4 videos of the10-15 minute workout. But a 20 or 30 minute workout really fit my preference so I can easily combine it with just one other video.

    Thank you for providing us with enough time between exercises to get into the new position. The 20 minute format is really working for me. I prefer to work hard for 20 to 30 minutes than to drag the workout on for 40 minutes or so 👍.

    Not gonna lie. I’m thinking, this will be a nice light warmup before my real workout. Nope. It kicked my butt. Incredible workout and minimal equipment.👍

      You get the 20-30 mins by doing adding 10 minutes of warm up and doing more sets of each exercise.

      Who wants to spend 60 min while they can do it in 20 min !! You can add 10 min HIIT or core workout then go on with your day.

    Great workout I will be subscribing I tried someone else before finding you and it was way too intense yours was perfect. I’ve only been on my fitness for a month and can only get to the gym 3 times a week so this is perfect. Will be trying a new one every time hopefully I get stronger
