    Really love your workouts!!! ❤️ As someone with severe rheumatoid arthritis I find it easy to do 🥹 except some that put pressure on knees I avoid those but over all amazing❤

    It took me 30-35 mins to complete this exercise but yes i completed. After 2 rounds i decided to not continue and had a walk then again started and completed the whole exercise.

    I do only 3 rounds as i jnow i cant go that far , its fine if you cant to all 4 rounds , itll ttake time for your body to get used to this , dont push yourself too hard , youll definitely reach what you're aiming for ❤️

    I have recently found your channel and so thankful that I have. My physio has suggested strength training to help with my bad back and I hated the idea because I do not enjoy working out that way.     Is this meant to be done every day or would you stagger it with cardio in a 1-3-5 weight and 2-4-6 cardio with a rest day on the seventh? I have a bad ankle from injuries during my Navy service and can't put a lot of pressure on it, so my cardio is using a rowing machine.
