It took me 30-35 mins to complete this exercise but yes i completed. After 2 rounds i decided to not continue and had a walk then again started and completed the whole exercise.

Is this meant to be done every day or would you stagger it with cardio in a 1-3-5 weight and 2-4-6 cardio with a rest day on the seventh? I have a bad ankle from injuries during my Navy service and can't put a lot of pressure on it, so my cardio is using a rowing machine.
