  • Follow along and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout session helps you build muscle and strength using compound movements and a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

    I love watching and doing your videos from my smart tv but many wont play. I have reached out to You Tube to try and get fixed. But I spend too much time going form one video to the next looking for one that will play. Is there any tips you can give to get them to play

      Exercise more and eat out less. Stop eating fried foods , buying bad snacks and don t go to MACDONALDS and Fast food Resto s . You totally can have pizza but that really just 2 slices and have a big salad or soup first.
      Change how you snack!>> have more protein and fiber.
      Have less sugar, eat less ( refined) carbs. Prep your meals if you are the one cooking them. Have LEAN protein sources, foods with GOOD fats not necessarily less fat, avoid ALL added sugar foods + stop drinking all soda's ( you have no idea how they ruin your teeth). Go for daily walks , swimming , bike riding...+ 4 times weekly do routines like this one.
      Its not necessarily about calories in and out moreover about HOW FIT and ENERGETIC you feel. moving more and sleeping better are the key elements in a weight loss Journey, not " a good diet plan" im probably twice your age so take my advice.
      I have struggled with weight going up ( & jojo-effect) so the best thing to do is NOT TO DIET. What you could do is ask your md, if you feel like weight loss is Medically needed, wether IF is an idea for you.
      If you are not already doing weighted workouts start doing them NOW it will Rev up Your metabolism and improve/ strenghthen your bone density.

    Will these shirt workouts 4 times a week really work on a bigger person that has stuborn fat anyone with results ? Everyone is saying you need more moves and at least 30 mins at least 3 curcits each curcit differnt moves 3 times ect ..but these have 4 to 6 moves 3 to 4 times through so 1 curcit ..im oraying it works for me ! Its affordable also ! I did notice some weeks only 1 maybe 2 dumbell days .. does that matter ..as i dont want to loose progress or strength
